The wife of hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons faces drug and motor vehicle charges after police said she was driving erratically and ignored the flashing lights of a cruiser for nearly two miles. Kimora Lee Simmons was arrested just after midnight Monday outside the couple’s estate in Saddle River…Simmons, 29, was charged with eluding an officer, possessing marijuana, careless driving and operating a vehicle while possessing a drug.
Who’s fault is it?
She denied any wrongdoing, said her lawyer, Stacey Richman. “It’s our perception that this is just another example of a prominent member of the hip-hop community being made an example of. The Simmons family is extremely involved in their community and this is an attempt to denigrate Kimora’s good name and that of her family,” Richman said.

Okay facts first.
1)She was in posession of an illegal drug
2) She attempted to elude a police car which had it’s lights flashing
3)She was driving erraticlly
Guess what SHE broke the law…I don’t remember hearing that minoraties had different laws on the books so all I can say is she did the crime she pays the price.

I didn’t want to highjack this topic for that one, I went to his web site and posted comments about it. he had crap there about Michelle and Mrs. Bush.
I called him on it and asked him to show me where Mrs. Bush had said that. He couldn’t, so I guess he thought the only way out of it was to delet his post.

Yeah Trapped, even though I’m sure she’d flunk it. One question though, would she be driving with Ted as the passenger, or the other way around? Either way…
I could not believe what I heard with my own ears. John Kerry said this during his speech at the DNC on Thursday evening July 29th, at approximately 10 : 32 EDT: “We will double our special forces to conduct terrorist operations…” then he corrected his freudian slip. Its funny that this is being edited now. I’m telling you if you don’t hear the news right away, it gets edited. Just like on 9/11, they admitted numerous things, but hours and days later, all that info disappeared. They fully admitted to controlled destruction of WTC 7, which would have taken many hours to set up. Impossibly, it was brought down, due to the fact the bombs were in place well before any plane hit any tower.
Stuart Paisley, I have to take issue with your post. Not only is it speculative and irresponsible for you to say she’s “probably bisexual”, since you dont know that… Even more, its dumb of you to say that “this is what happens when you mix the races”. What does mixing the races have to do with it? Good and bad behavior can be found in people of all races (and of mixes racial backgrounds). And its interesting how people make racist remarks and preface them by saying , as you did, “I dont hate anybody but…” . Whatever, buddy. And no, I’m not mixed race myself. I just hate to see stupid comments made on the race issue, whether they’re made by someone black, white,or whatever.
