LATEST HAMAS INDICTMENTS
Over at The Corner, former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy notes that the use of the RICO statute in the latest Hamas indictments is historically significant. The indictment can be downloaded here.
This is the second Hamas indictment in less than one month.
