JAMMIES FOR DANNY
The bloggers at SgtStryker.com (now known as “The Daily Brief”) have launched a new charity. They’re asking you to send your old pajamas to Dan Rather:
In order to offer an olive branch to show that we wish to assist in bringing CBS into the 21st century, I propose that we unite the blogging community and kick start a “Jammies for Danny” campaign. Through this act of charity on our part, perhaps those at CBS can realize how the pulse of truth and objectivity magically eminates from the molecular interaction between the atoms in a pair of pajamas and a computer keyboard.
Let us help CBS to restore ther dignity and reputation by extending an invitation to join the PJ Brigade by donating a pair of pajamas to those less fortunate than us.
Here is the address:
Jammies For Danny, c/o
CBS Television Network
51 West 52nd Street, New York, NY 10019
Let see. Do I have anything in Danny’s style and size? Why, yes: I’ll be sending him one of my 10-month-old son’s stained onesies.
