CENSORING CONSERVATIVE TAXI DRIVERS

By Michelle Malkin  •  October 26, 2004 09:33 AM

Andrea Peyser exposes how NYC cab drives who are pro-Bush, pro-troops have been fined(!!!) for expressing their views.

No press release from the free speech champions at the ACLU yet…

Update: Mary Katherine Ham at Townhall’s C-log relates her experience in D.C. with some less Bush-friendly cabbies:

Wow, that’s a lot nicer than the two (count ‘em, two) cab drivers who have shouted me out of their cabs in the last six months after finding out I was conservative and supported the war effort…

And Elizabeth Fisher at the Corner notes that a D.C. sandwich lady didn’t appreciate a Bush supporter’s free speech much either.
