Did You Know...

By Michelle Malkin  •  October 26, 2004 01:26 AM

By now, you’ve all read about the MSM’s attempted October Surprise, NBC’s revelation undermining the missing cache story (via Kerry Spot, Drudge, and others), and the extensive blog coverage on the left and right (good sample here, here, and here).

See also this incisive Wall Street Journal editorial, published today (but apparently written before the NBC story ran), which puts the CBS/NYT non-gotcha in proper historical perspective.

Bottom line: Yet another anti-Bush bomb has exploded and the shrapnel is firmly embedded in the foreheads of the CBS producers and New York Times editors who have recklessly lobbed their weapons of journalistic destruction on John Kerry’s behalf.
