*Meanwhile, King County officials tomorrow will release preliminary results of their hand recount of more than 898,000 votes, but will set aside the 735 ballots until the court rules
*And the New York Times pokes its nose in process with a dumb editorial advocating, as Seattle blogger Jim Miller sums it up, “Count every vote, legal or illegal“
