BOSTON VS. MS-13
A Boston city councilman is planning to submit an anti-loitering bill aimed at kicking MS-13 gang members out of Maverick Square, the Boston Herald reports this morning. The councilman, Paul Scalpicchio, said the proposal was prompted by the possibility that MS-13 gangsters could be linked to al-Qaeda. Background on MS-13 here and here.
