DOUBLE STANDARDS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO
As the only conservative metro columnist in Denver, David Harsanyi has been following the Ward Churchill controversy from the get-go. His column today is about a conservative University of Colorado professor, Phil Mitchell, who is being forced out after over 20 years just as CU President Elizabeth Hoffman issued a warning about what she called “a new McCarthyism.”
Harsanyi says Hoffman is right to be worried about lack of academic freedom, just not in the same sense as she sees it.
