TOO IMPORTANT FOR PRISON, UPDATE
A few days ago, I wrote about the lenient sentence handed down by Judge Rayford Means in the case of a brilliant brain researcher, Tracy McIntosh, who was convicted of drugging then sexually assaulting a 25-year-old woman. Judge Means said he decided not to sentence McIntosh to prison in part because of McIntosh’s “important work with stroke victims and brain injuries.”
If you’d like to ask Judge Means to reconsider his decision, you can do so online by completing the form here. Click here to see other peoples’ letters.
