WHEN IS A HATE CRIME…

…not a hate crime? When the attackers are black junior high school girls shouting “Black power!” and “White crackers!” and “Martin Luther King!” as they pummel white Catholic school girls on a New York City basketball court.

Cops initially refused to charge the alleged assailants with a bias crime, but city lawyers have now overruled them.
