RESPECT A CHICKEN: COOK ONE
Did you know that animal rights’ activists declared yesterday “International Respect for Chickens Day?” Seriously.
On a lighter note, Matt Rosenberg at Sound Politics is honoring the holiday with his own call for the blogosphere’s best chicken recipes in his comments section. I’ll be sharing my chicken adobo recipe.
