Just received this e-mail from Steve Gill:
Vice President Dick Cheney appeared this morning on Steve Gill Mornings in Nashville, Tennessee and was asked about Dick Durbin’s comparison of U.S. troops at Guantanamo Bay to Nazis. The Vice President noted that he had to
be “careful about what I say since this is a family show” but that the
“comparison is one of the more egregious things I’ve heard on the floor of
the U.S. Senate.”
Steve writes that the full interview will be on the White House website shortly.

I called both my Senators here in Maryland. Sen. Barbara Mikulski’s office says she has “no statement.” Sen. Sarbanes’ press person is out of the office until Monday.
Reader Janet U. got “no statements” from both of her Senators in Ohio, including the one she calls “Senator Crybaby.”
