It’s painfully obvious that she does not understand, as is the case with so many Democrats these days, that “our government” means “the people’s government” not the Governor’s.

Michelle Malkin has posted the “letter of apology” from political whore, Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. Catherine Knoll, to the family of slain soldier SSgt. Joseph Goodrich. Tell me if this actually sounds like an apology:

After using the funeral of a Marine killed in Iraq as a campaign stop, PA’s Lt. Gov Knoll and Gov. Rendell are in damage control mode. They seem more intent on protecting their hides then truly righting things to the extent possible.

MORE UPDATES Michelle Malkin has the lastest on Knoll’s escapade. The Family accepted the apology, but the there is a backlash over Rendell’s comment on the “It’s not the business of State government to support the war.”

It is noted the Lt. Governor had problems find the immediate family but no problems finding the immediate vicinity of TV cameras. Think they will make a movie?
