DO NOT MESS WITH JERSEY GIRLS
Quote of the morning comes from the sports page. I’m not a baseball fan, so I hadn’t heard about the slapping incident involving a Houston Astros baseman’s wife at Chicago’s ballpark on Sunday night. The wife of Astros second baseman Craig Biggio was smacked by a male fan who cut and run. Biggio’s wife chased him down and the assailant was caught.
Biggio told the Houston Chronicle that his wife is fine and quipped:
“You don’t slap a New Jersey girl and get away with it.”
That goes double for South Jersey girls.
