TURNING BACK INTO A PUMPKIN
I’m back at my hotel here in NYC after three wild and crazy hours with Fox & Friends, and will be taking off for WABC radio soon for a book interview with Monica Crowley at noon. Thanks for all the feedback on the show. You all know I am definitely NOT a morning person and not blessed with a natural Miss Mary Sunshine disposition, so this was definitely a strange and new experience for me. The co-hosts, Kiran Chetry and Julian Phillips, have boundless energy and charm at ungodly hours of the day. They are amazing. And I can confirm for you officially that Kiran, who is in her second trimester of pregnancy if you can believe it, is in fact the most beautiful woman in the world.
The show is like doing a decathalon–hardly time to catch a breath between Glee Club serenades, eating stuff, running outside, covering the news, doing interviews, and in my case, stumbling over the teleprompter teases. Yikes. Some of you want to know if this is going to be a regular thing. Nope. Just a special, one-time visit. I will leave this gig to the professionals and am happy to turn back into a blogging pumpkin and get back to my pajamas and Care Bear slippers!
Regular blogging when I get back on the train later this afternoon. Enjoy your Saturday.
