WHERE IN THE WORLD
Happy 2006! I’ll be celebrating by wearing a policy wonk hat on Fox News Live with Jim Angle at around 1:40pm EST today. The topic is a year-end assessment of the beleaguered Department of Homeland Security–inasmuch as one can cram such a review into three minutes of TV time. 
Here’s the DHS inspector general’s audit that has been generating wonk-y buzz.
