National BDS Day reports

By Michelle Malkin  •  October 5, 2006 04:59 PM

I was going to head down to D.C. for the National Bush Derangement Syndrome festivities, but I’ve been tied up this afternoon with business and family. And the more I can avoid the Beltway cesspool, the better.

The nutballs clogged midtown Manhattan. Seattle is just warming up at its protest in–appropriately enough–Red Square.

Actor Mark Ruffalo is now in full-blown moonbat mode. Listen to his Democracy Now interview here.

Reader photos and reports are coming in. More to come.

Reader Erika in San Francisco e-mailed:

This is what is going on outside my office today. Free speech (and smelly soaking wet hippies) are alive and well in the City by the Bay today.

Pictures from my cell have been attached. Most protesters are kids without adults, running amuck around my office building and not even participating in the rally. Why would they….It’s a free day from school. I heard that the police officers looked to out number the protestors. Maybe the rain scared most of them away.

LGF has pics of NYC’s “moronic convergence” and wonders where all the papier mache heads have gone.
