The writers of this bill clearly think most Missourians are a bunch of ignorant hicks who cannot understand that this amendment has been written in the most deceitful method the writers could contrive.  A more accurate amendment title would be &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Em...&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
