I noted six days ago that folks who were getting hysterical over the not-yet-filed, publicity-seeking lawsuit against Don Rumsfeld should calm down before going ballistic on Germany.
Well, lookee here: Time magazine, which hyped the scoop, is now pulling an Emily Litella. Suit’s not likely to happen, after all.

Now, aren’t you glad we didn’t go closing our military bases in Germany over this?
