Predictions that 30, or even 40 House Republicans would side with Democrats and vote for Nancy Pelosi’s anti-surge resolution didn’t come true. With the voting just completed, Republicans voted against the resolution 180 to 17, with four Republicans yet to vote.
Final vote: 246-182.
The Victory Caucus has the roll call, the names of the 17 Republicans who voted with the Democrats for their defeatist resolution, as well as the 2 Democrats who crossed over to vote against the resolution.
