		<description>Isn&#039;t the Salvation Army a faith-based organization?  Where are the &quot;separation of church &amp; state&quot; advocates?  I&#039;d expect this from an Obama administraion, but not this one.  I guess some bureaucrats are trying to impress the incoming leadership so they can keep their jobs.</description>
