It is radio-active for them. They have no right to act like backbenchers. They should somehow be forced not simply to cast their votes but to take a strong stand. I can't think it would take much for them to find some inadequcies in the bill that would cause them to oppose it in the end. I think they are badly hurting their WH hopes by voting for this thing.
