Don’t get too excited about AG Morrison. He had been a Republican DA, then switched to the Demoncrat party just to run against Phill Kline. Kline had 30 charges against Tiller, but Morrison threw them all out, then brought in 19 of his own. IMHO he was merely throwing a sop to the pro-life voters in Kansas. There is bad blood between the two. I don’t trust Morrison’s motives, and even if Tiller is convicted I doubt that he will serve the up-to one year of jail time he could serve. He will probably end up paying a fine, which wouldn’t hurt him financially at all since he’s loaded with all the blood money gleaned from his evil trade.

I appreciate the focus O’Reilly has given to this sick man, however.

Oddly enough, he’s been listed as a “family practice” doctor. Ironic, isn’t it?

I am glad to see this. You know, I believe that Tiller will get his after death but it’s great to see the Rule of Law being enforced. To echo others, wouldn’t it be nice if Chertoff could learn from this guy?

These comments are proof that conservatives are rational and operate on principal rather than emotion. Here we have a lib AG who upholds the rule of law regardless of how he feels and conservatives support him. On the other side you have libs who only want to find fault with whatever the opposition does, even when it might be something they agree with. Libs operate off spin and emotion while conservatives use principle and rational thought.

I never understood the difference between a partial birth abortion and discarding and infant shortly after birth. Even though the charges are misdemeanors, I hope this starts the beginning of the end of this horrible procedure.

Samiam’s exactly right…I’m from Kansas and I remember exactly what this liar said about the murderer when he was running against Kline.

Yeah he’s going after him…with the minimum he can…so what, a broken clock is right twice a day.

He needs to be removed from office at the next election!

My goodness, what is the world coming to? I thought abortion was cosmetic surgery, helping to smooth out those guilty souls or others who didn’t want the inconvenience of carrying about human life.
