Zina loved Fruit roll-ups, swimming, and tetherball.

And appreciated America, she wasn't trying to change this country into the one she left.

Just a sweet little girl who fell victim to a set of corrupt and perverted immigration policies.

puhiawa, I realize that we are in agreement. However, given the crisis USA is in, agreement is not enough, My point is that in a system like ours, we trust and depend on the president to do the right thing for America and Americans. We pay taxes, we vote, we grant highest respect and support to the office of the president. Heck the president is also trusted with the security as a commander-in-chief. Didn't Bush take an oath to do that? Think twice before giving any sitting president a benefit of doubt. Given the importance and sensitivity of the office, the resources we trust the office with, it is critical that the president fulfils the oath taken. If not, the same office grants the president to sell-our and destroy the nation single-handedly. From day 1, Bush had an agenda of selling out America to anyone with a peso or a vote. Even a national tragedy like 9/11 has not changed that agenda. No, the office of the president is far too serious and critical to be granted leniency of being dumb, not understanding or even a low IQ. On one hand, our taxes could eb misused against America and ont he other, as wer have already seen, our security and even lives can be severely undermined by the very office we depend on. Think about this before giving the office a free pass.

I disagree with nothing both of you have said. i do not believe Bush knows what he is inflicting on the country, and everyone around him seems scared to tell him. As for Chertoff, he is no better than Ted Kennedy at a luau after 4 hours. He is a fool and a coward and a danger to this nation. Hillary hit the asshole right in the big X on his brain when she refused to vote for him. The man is a disgrace and an incompetent fool who has an IQ of a moron and the street smarts of a sheep at an Islamic picnic.

Yeah, point well taken. Not enforcing existing laws is an egregious sin of omission with tragic outcomes.

But Puhiawa is right In a sstem like USA. the president is also the commander-in-chief and sets the standards for many things including security. Busy, not only has neglected but has actively undermined American security. Almost betraying America by abusing the office he was elected to. But, many still do not like to hold a sitting president accountable. Therefore Bush continues to destroy America, while Americans give him a free pass.

puhiawa said:
Chertoff, Bush, the initial Judge all deserve blame for the death of this girl.

To be fair, puhiawa, the blame squarely falls on the piece of human garbage who murdered this dear little girl.

(I don't think you intended to posit otherwise.)

Inasmuch as this guy was not in prison or deported, you are spot on - the US gov't was an enabler.

Chertoff, Bush, the initial Judge all deserve blame for the death of this girl. Bush has set the standard of ignoring the needs and safety of his country in order to repay some emotional debt he has to a family retainer. It is sick and disgusting. He has abandoned America to a delusion.

Geraldo Rivera is concerned with only one thing; himself. If there were no TV, radio ,or print media, then GR would not have a soapbox to perform from. He is an ego driven fraud. And a ham of an actor to boot. His ego is more important than any story he reports on. I can not understand how the management at Fox News is blind to him and his antics.

Good work Michelle! God Bless Zina and The Linniks.

I watched Geraldo’s version of the event. What an absolute moron. FOX should get rid of him. He believes Michelle owes him an apology!

I didn't see him. Apologize? What for? Is he playing some sort of victim here? If anything this racist prick should be apologizing as his attitude and those like him on this issue encourages this crap or at the very least allows for it to happen.
