You reflect the same feelings as an untold number (probably millions) of other immigrants that have followed the laws and come to the USA in the right way … I commend you for that … I just wish that all of the folks like you had an organization to express your views like all the open borders supporters have to push for the illegal immigrants that are entering our country … the MSM tries to lump all of your opinions into a bucket with the pro-illegal groups … and that is not right …

If you won’t deport “criminal illegal aliens,” just who would you deport?

I am an immigrant myself, came in with proper papers in 1983, later applied properly for a green card, and was almost deported because I served an hour a week in a church to fulfill a requirement of the Bible college I was attending. This would not have been of any consequence if I did not apply for permanent residence. According to INS, I did not secure permission to engage in this “unauthorized employment” even though I was not paid by the church. The school never informed me that I needed such permission from INS. I was NOT the first foreign student who attended this school and they had this requirement long before I came. Thankfully, the matter was sorted out but it took me 5 whole years and lots of legal fees. I finally got my green card, then was naturalized in 1994. God Bless America!

I did it properly and waited my turn. I have no sympathy for those millions who want to cut in and push back those who have been patiently waiting in line. And I’m just talking here about those without criminal records.

If you have done crime and you are here illegally anyway, why should my adopted country not deport you?

Let’s not leave out the yards filled with debri/beer cans….just nasty.

A friend of mine was having some remodeling done on her house. Of course the contractor had illegals doing some of the labor. One man used HER TRASH can as a toilet….not the liquid waste either.

She noticed a strong odor and opened the lid and there it was.

HOW REPULSIVE! She almost vomited.

This is how they live. This guy could have gone to the local gas station and used their bathroom.

Not only do illegals add a burden to the
taxpayers, but they drive down the housing market…..it’s a small wonder that the real estate market is suffering….overbuilding and homes values depreciating (in my area) due to the influx of nasty illegals!!!!!!!

I’m closer to the west end of the county than the east, but I still want to be able to move out of “Little Mexico”. I couldn’t even talk to most of the mothers at the kindergarten bus stop last year. There were some who tried to speak English however and that was a bit heartening. I would like a bigger house and I could either add on to this one or buy a new house elsewhere. When I can afford it I’ll emigrate… Besides there are no sidewalks in this neighborhood…

Unfortunately, even our local newspaper….another liberal media source…won’t even print letters about illegals from concerned citizens.

Our hands are tied. I moved out of town, into the fringe area… higher end area of the county….fortunately there are NO ILLEGALS residing in this neighborhood.

However, they do most of the construction, landscaping, and are stealing from homes under construction.
That was reported in the paper, but nothing was done about it.

I previously lived in a quaint neighborhood where everyone knew each other, a great place to rear kids…..however those days are long gone! My home sold last year for about $20,000 less than it would have been valued at five years earlier.

Thank you illegals and those that employ them. Those in the city council hire them for their own purposes, so what good does it do?

Frustrating and criminal IMHO.

This is already starting in spotted areas on Long Island and Connecticut, no longer just restricted to areas around Home Depots. This really comes down to a neighborhood/cultural degradation issue as well as a economic one, and it’s telling how people with property and assets in this country are finally recognizing that. The grim fact is that nearly all of America may have to reach a terrible tolerance saturation point before we take drastic decisive action, meaning mass deportation and life penalties for hiring illegals. There’s really no way around it unless you want to be assimilated — which unfortunately for too many is a good idea in “cultural diversification”. To save this country’s heritage and state of living, we must either take the bitter medicine now and start rounding up and deporting a thousand+ illegals (not merely criminals either) a week and fortify the border and _severely_ penalize illegals hiring, or in the near future be forced to embark on a massive painful purging program of the sort no one would be proud of.
