Dismissed on a technicality because it’s the wrong jurisdiction?

“Plame’s attorneys had said the lawsuit would be an uphill battle.” They milked it for all it’s worth and, hopefully, it’s over now.

Feralcat, secret agent woman sounds like it could be a great Rush parody song. My comment on the Plames is that her bogus outing has to be the best thing that has happened to them. They should be forced to pay royalties to Libby, Rove and Cheney.
