In the no-spin zone
I’ll be subbing tonight on The O’Reilly Factor. Tune in at 8pm Eastern. We’ll be talking John Doe and criminal alien deportation, among other topics. In light of the John Doe debate, I suggested that the show re-broadcast O’Reilly’s 2001 interview with actor James Woods, who you’ll recall was on a Boston-to-Los Angeles flight in August 2001 that was a suspected dry run for the 9/11 attacks. Four of the Middle Eastern passengers on Woods’ flight, he was told, were 9/11 al Qaeda operatives.
It’s worth watching just for that.

Please tell me you won’t be “debating” Gerald…
I’ll be glued to the TV for sure… good luck (as if you need it!).
(and have fun too).
I like that much better.
GOD Bless, see you tonight!
I could go for a good decimating :)…
Ms. Malkin,
I wrote a column today explaining that Moveon.org has every right to be liberal, but they must drop the hatred. I am a conservative republican Jew who does not hate liberals. I disagree with them.
I received a piece of antisemitic hate mail justifying why Bush in fact does equal Hitler.
http://blacktygrrrr.wordpress.com/2007/07/20/moveonorg-needs-to-just-move-on/
I did not want to cut and paste the comments due to length, but comment # 6 from “southern voice” is what I am referring to as hate speech.
I want you and everybody else in this world to club Moveon.org and Daily Kos over the head with this stuff. Until those within the organizations root out their cancerous elements, it is perfectly fair to paint a broad brush.
I want leftists to be forced to defend such remarks.
It is not that these organizations are liberal. it is that they are simply bad people.
Sorry to bother you, but your platform allows you to better society more than I can at this time.
I will tivo O’Reilly tonight since I will be at a Shabbos dinner. I am sure you will do well, but good luck anyway!
eric
Even he is not stooopid enough to let that happen again - is he? If so, I would pay to watch her take him down a notch or two again (not like he has not set the bar low enough already).
Eric, if they were not serious it would be kind of funny (just the whole stretching to make it seem true). How do people get to be that sick?
YAY, Malkin Factor friday.
We’ll be watching - thank goodness for small favors, in that O’Reilly is having a good time - his audiance have who they’d really like to host. Last night’s O’Reilly was almost a final episode for me (they’ve been had by the Aruban authorities with a phony story and one that is unverifiable)…if you have Boo-hoo-Geraldo on I may still turn it. No, I’d keep watching just to see how badly he behaves.
As heartsick as anyone can feel for Natalee Holloway’s parents, enough is enough is enough.
For months and months, the Fox News lineup read as follows:
5pm–The O’Holloway Factor
6pm–Holloway and Colmes
7pm–Greta Van Der Sloot
This is not hard news.
I apologize to the relatives of this poor girl for appearing insensitive…but every minute spent on this story is not spent on hard news.

“A solution in search of a problem.”
I despise her already.
Michelle is on her game!
How can anyone call dailykos hateful or extreme after watching O’Reilly?
Looking good, MM.
…putting on her imaginary 4 stars and playing general… sounds like a photoshop opportunity to me!
Hmm, Hot Air has no open thread.
Michelle is awesome!
Immigration on now. Geraldo-ino must be thinking up another insult at this moment.
Tell the producers to cut the mike on guys like the Reverend next time, MM. About the only way to get liberals to shut up. They really hate when others are given a chance to express their opinion.
What patience!
Geraldo doesn’t need to actually debate, nor fear looking like a fool. He simply doesn’t care what he says or if the facts back it up, which they don’t. It must be very liberating.
That REV needs to go over that rainbow.
I cannot believe that some just do NOT get what ILLEGAL means!
Their educational background must be very limited.
Gayle, they get what it means. They get airplay by acting like a fool and most people will do anything for 15 minutes of fame.
And, yas, there should have been a mute button on this guy.
I am sick of Rev’s who constantly make race an issue.
Gayle, they do get it. Generally, they will use that type of obsfucation, loud voice, and talking over everyone else to avoid saying that they support criminal illegals.
I am lost as to how many people can be so oblivious to what is going on around them and the total lack of any values or common sense…there is no reason or logic to the liberal point of view. (Unless they have ulterior motive)
Thanks Michelle, that was great.
Bravo! Bravo!! Encore!!
Props! Great show.
Michelle, Regarding that kook preacher from Chicago about immigration! Get Bill’s team to show you how to unplug a guest’s mic.
I have a question.
So who are the radical extremes trying to impress KNOWING that we are on to the games.
They should be PROUD of who they are and WHAT they really represent….correct?
Do they not realize it makes them look IGNORANT and CARELESS?
What really amazes me is that the leftists obfuscate and their followers eat this crap up as logical and reasoned argument. The leftist leadership know they have no cogent arguments, but it doesn’t matter. These “arguments” get lapped up and repeated endlessly as talking points by useful idiots.
Oh I get it now.
They are blabbering to get their cult followers in tow.
These same people continue to throw more money into the education pool for what? They love those dumbed down folks.
Michelle, I hope you’ll have a chance to visit Fraunces Tavern while you up in the City…
Bingo, gayle.
The other part is, if liberals/progressives/surrender monkeys really said what they believe in plain language, the average American would run from them screaming.
Great job, Michelle. And what patience for the Reverend….Good Lord.
What a mouthpiece.
Obviously someone who’s used to preaching and not listening.
Best. Factor. Ever.
I hate to comment on how Ms. Malkin looked since she’s primarily a political figure, but good Lord! She was like Helen of Troy tonight! I confess to not knowing anything her interviewees said, because I took advantage of TiVo and skipped over them.
Is it wrong to think the defacto leader of the right blogosphere is smoking?
After a lovely Friday night Shabbos dinner, I just finished watching O’Reilly at this hour. I normally watch the whole show in 20 minutes because I skip Anna Nicole or Natalee Holloway stories.
This show was 100% news. Ms. Malkin, well done. Excellent job.
However, to be fair, the very best segment was Mr. O’Reilly interviewing James Woods. I had never seen it before.
Also, Ms. Malkin, with regards to the antisemitic comments I received on my blog earlier today, I sent them to Moveon, Kos and Huffingtonpost to see if they would send me an email disavowing them. We shall see.
I also sent them to you, Hugh Hewitt, Republican Jewish Coalition and Chabad, so that this moonbat can be dealt with by those who specialize in dealing with such miscreants.

I hope it is not bad manners to submit something 2x, which normally I would not do. I read “unhinged,” and am impressed with your ability to maintain class and grace while being faced with such vitriol.
Ok, 2am PST, too tired for Hannity…will watch him tomorrow.
Good night and God Bless.
eric
hey girl. Can you call a rev an idiot on live tv and not get kicked off.ok you can not.I can
you recon D-Hoggs will jump on me
Great show last night! When the Rev. was filibustering, Michelle you should have cut his microphone. Yet again I see why you let him go on and on and on. Makes the case; here we have the classic case of a NUTROOT. He never did answer your question though about deporting illegal criminal immigrants. All I heard was color blah blah skin, blah blah, I don’t supprot criminals blah blah profiling blah blah blah …
Michelle,
Isn’t there a way to cut the mike on those bloviating fools. I think Bill has done it a couple of times when the guest seems hellbent on forwarding their own agenda instead of answering the questions. BTW, I love it when you do the the Factor. You and Harris Faulkner make a good pair.
He reminded me of a voodoo priest.
Hmm. ANOTHER “rev” and his filibustering, racial act. Good grief. Cut them off; you’re a racist in their eyes no matter what, so why hand the show to him? Michelle had the same look we all get when we try to argue with a liberal. Even though you know exactly how it’s going to go, you’re always shocked that it goes that way. She’s a normal, wonderful person, so the feeling is her class will control the debate. Then, all of a sudden, you’re neck deep in dung…
Good Factor MM! Bill Who?
Great job as usual, Michelle. I had not seen the Woods interview before, and that was a great suggestion to run that again.
Very relevant to what’s being debated now.
The more times you fill in for BigO, the more I want to say “Malkin Factor”!
Bill needs more vacations:)
Great show and was more than amused by the nutjob Rev.. The saddest thing to me is the stand Rainbow has chosen on illegal immigration (if the gasping Rev. is any indication of their current view) while the NAACP is looking more toward immigration control and asking the questions why their young people are out of jobs, under employed, or not finding the coveted slots at universities and colleges they once did. I think it’s a travesty black leaders have failed to connect the dots and ignored the problems. Saddled with the burden of supporting a “third world nation within a nation” opportunities for our young have disappeared, be it black, white or asian. Thanks for allowing him to keep talking until he buried his own argument. Am I the only one noticing each time the good Rev. was through with his little phillibuster the smirky puffed up grin?
Livingston Was Simply Staking Out As Sharpie’s Heir Apparent
Look, no rocket science; Sweet and simple, Livingston was willfully making a pain of himself hogging air time to be more noticed on the line for Sharpton’s highly “activist popular” lucrative throne. The fame! The recognition! The respect! The bucks! The “cookies”! Who wants to stay some street rev in a Chicago backwater when you’ve a chance at the national brass ring by making a blustery media race hustler/huckster of yourself? Livingston wasn’t pushing a sincere agenda. He was simply staking a media toehold for himself as a new race card Joker– exactly as Sharpton did. The way to prevent creating such monsters is for the media NOT to feel obliged to run to them for comments on any race matters (why, I’ll never understand!); there’re lots of fish in the sea!
DON’T have him back, simple as that!

Who loathes to hell the very concept that an entire race needs a “spokesman / leader.”
Nice job Michelle reporting on the Factor.
You go girl. Fox needs to give you a show of your own!!
