2. WTF!!! Jose Carranza, 28 had already been charged by Essex County grand jury in Apr 2007 on aggravated assault and weapons charges.

3. In July on 31 counts, including aggravated sexual assault of a child under 13 years old and endangering the welfare of a child he had a duty to supervise, court records show. He was then released!!!!

4. With plea negotiations ongoing in the first case, Carranza was due to appear in court later this month, court records show.

5. Can someone explain how Jose Carranza was able be released:

A. After being arrested for a 2nd time and facing 31 charges including the rape of a child
B. Still have plea negotiations ongoing in the 1st case
C. DHS possibly aware of his illegal immigration status?

6. These murders could have been prevented if Jose Carranza was still in jail.

7. I think this was a grave miscarriage of justice and I think there should be a full blown investigation and people need to be fired over this.

That means he’s been in the system.
That means he’s been previously convicted of a crime.
That means this murder was 100% preventable.

Every politician and law enforcement officer,
