I've been home right on 35 years but I still remember what it feels like to pick up a newspaper in a war zone and read about the protests back home. I also remember what it feels like to watch Congress abandon people you've risked your life and lost friends trying to help. I don't stay in close contact with the GOE people any more but if Operation Eagles Landing was tied to the rallies you mentioned I'm pretty sure I'd have heard about it.
