Where is Anastacia Olouch?

Your help is needed. A woman I know and work with is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a fugitive health care worker who beat her 90-year-old father in his bed. First, some details from WJZ-TV in Baltimore:

With a home video as proof, police charge a home healthcare worker with beating an elderly man.

As Suzanne Collins reports, the defendant has now failed to show up in court for trial.

The video shows the aide point an angry finger at John Taylor, 90, after he apparently soiled himself. Before long, she roughly tugs at his clothes to get them off. Then she begins to slap and beat Taylor.

His daughter saw the video when she checked the surveillance system she’d installed to protect him.

“It’s horrible,” Jaki Taylor said. “My dad definitely did not deserve to receive the beating he did from this lady when he’s helpless and counting on her to help him.”

Anastacia Olouch, 53, was charged with assault and abuse of a vulnerable adult. She was to go on trial Wednesday, but didn’t show up. Now there’s a warrant for her arrest. Jaki Taylor worries she might apply for another home health job.

“She’s out there somewhere. God only knows,” she said.

Here is Olouch’s picture:

WJZ has videotape of the brutal beating here.

After the beating, Taylor suffered a stroke and is now on life support. Jaki, who works as a technician at Fox News, had asked me to pray for him several weeks ago. I had no idea about these horrible circumstances until I saw them on WJZ.

Please join me in praying for Mr. Taylor and for Jaki and her family.

If you happen to live in the Baltimore-Washington area, keep a lookout for Olouch and contact authorities with any information.

She could strike again.

And my prayers go out for Mr Taylor, Jaki, and her family.

I seldom have the desire to lash out with completely rude and insensitive comments about others BUT…

No one that looks like that should be allowed out in the light of day, let alone hired for a position requiring even an ounce of compassion or caring.

Physical beauty is not indicative of inner beauty, but inner beauty never results in someone who looks like that.

Sorry if I offended anyone, but I do worry sometimes that my long-term care insurance premiums may result in providing for care that is a far cry from that which is intended.

There are only two ways to leave this life… all at once or a little bit at a time, God help us all, and especially those who for whatever reason, are on the slow road.

Jaki – so sorry this happened. We’ll all do what we can to catch this dreadful creature. (She’s no lady). I hope and pray your father is okay.

Of course I will keep Jaki and her family in my prayers. I saw this tape earlier and I just cringed as I watched him try to keep away from this beast – I could hardly watch it. It was just awful. I hope this person is found and put away for a very long time.

This is terrible! I don’t think I’ve ever seen this person before but I’ll keep a look out.

More incidents like this will happen more frequently because the new generations have been taught not to value human life. So sad. I hope the man is OK.

She should get the same beating she gave the Mr Taylor, along with a very long stay in prison.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Mr Taylor, Jaki and her family

No question about it Michelle, political affiliation and beliefs take a back seat on this story.

    Outrage is an understatement.

I’m a believer that if man is not able to find her, the Lord is a God of justice. He will work things out, I have no doubt.

This family is in my prayers.

It is very difficult to find good health care workers at home, even through agencies with licensed and bonded aides. Without families to check on loved ones there is potential abuse of the elderly as they often cannot defend themselves or speak for themselves.

If you don’t have family or friends as advocates you are at great risk for abuse–perhaps not this brutal, but in other areas like neglect and mental abuse.

America needs to wake up to the problem of elderly abuse as with child abuse. It exists.

    Horrible.

I’m currently assisting an elderly friend in her search for in-home care and this is exactly the type of thing I worry about.

Thankfully though, her mind is still sharp as a tack. So at least she can let me know if any malfeasance is taking place.

Do we know if this monster is here illegally? ZabaSearch and other Public Records search engines show that Olouch is a very uncommon name (a handful in the entire USA, and none in the Northeast).

No accusations, but I wonder how carefully the police and D.A. vetted their prisoner during booking and bail procedures. What kind of ID was provided? If she is a home healthcare worker, who bonded her?

    How much was her bail?

Anastacia Olouch should be water tortured for the rest of her life.

This is a lesson for those of us that have parents that need care. Get a video surveillance system so this does not happen to your loved one, if you cannot provide the care yourself.

I am the primary care giver for my 82 year old mother and refuse to hire these so called health care workers.

I moved her in and have a home office so I can take care of her.
