Why was bail set for this guy? shouldn’t he be held without bail?

Are you serious? Differentiating among Americans is not a new phenomenon nor did it start with Al or Jesse. The hyphenating didn’t start until the 60’s, I suppose. The article further exposes the confusion of what it means to be American.

correct me here if I am wrong .. but I thought that Elvira Arellano was supposedly going to a rally in Wash. DC … so how did she end up getting arrested in LA after leaving a church in Chicago? … rather poor sense of direction if she was headed to DC …
