She seems to have mellowed in recent years, but that accent has got to go. Her accent is as annoying as any on TV ever. I guess you could say she’s got a voice for the silent pictures.

Anyway, yay Michelle on Tee-Vee:) Have fun.

Michelle, can you do me a favor and ask Geraldo if he supports Michael Vick?

    Here’s why he should:
    - Mike Vick only violated a federal law
    - Mike Vick is a hardworking “US Person”
    - Mike Vick pays into social security
    - He does a job others can’t or won’t do
    - Sending him away will separate him from his family.

Can you fill us in on whether or not that woman’s kid volunteered to be deported with his mommy? What is he 20 or so?

I’m just getting this from the fact that the original deportation order was signed in 1997 and the fact that it takes approximatley 30 years and at least 20 arrests before ICE actually tries to deport anyone.

Indicating to me that she originally snuck in shortly after the 1986 amensty (other wise she would be a citizen already) to end all amnesties went into affect.

I am heartbroken over the Michael Vick situation. As an admitted addict of the National Football League, it is sad that a man who had the potential to be one of the greatest to ever play pro football threw it all away.

    http://blacktygrrrr.wordpress.com/2007/07/26/michael-vick-when-heroes-fall/

He did this to himself, and dogfighting is barbaric, but it is still sad from a football perspective.

As for illegal immigration, it will not matter if Hillary (God forbid) wins the White House. The USA will become a 3rd world nation, and people will flee to Mexico or Canada to escape the tax burden.

Then Michael Moore will be right. The U.S. health care system will be worse than Cuba’s if she gets to it. ack!

Michelle looked like she had been crying or something. I’m concerned about her. The first segment she looked puffy in the face, very somber. After the break she was a little stronger and had some of that smile that would melt the meanest of mankind. Maybe I’m out in left field but…I’ve been around the block a time or two. In either case she was on point on the issues, but she seemed to me to have much more weighing on her mind. Praying for you MM. We need you whole and altogether.

First, on behalf of the other commenters and myself, I hereby would like to present Kirsten Powers with the trophy for her stunning performance tonight! Congratulations KP!
“Basic human right” to live at will here? KP would only take offense, and only if Nas performs one of his violent songs? KP has really outdone herself. She did not belong on the set tonight. While Michelle reasoned logically: Are we a sovereign nation or our we a sanctuary nation…KP just could not see past her bleeding heart. Poor Bill was trying his dead level best to make Kirsten understand that if rules are not followed then anarchy ensues in which everyone suffers. But Kirsten in her dogged determination would not be denied bleeding profusely for the 10 year old son of Elvira. Cry me a river. Her son is going to be JUST FINE Kirsten. You’re better than that to believe otherwise. I really thought KP was a more intellectual liberal, but with that display tonight, I really don’t know how she stays on as a guest.

Marcus Luttrell was great, segment was too short though, he couldn’t really elaborate. The Lone Star lapel pin he was wearing was TIGHT! :P

Kirsten is is usually a rational Dem. On this Arellano issue she is crazy. Arellano broke the law. She used someone else’s social security number to get a job. A judge found her guilty. She had her day in court. She had her due process. This case is a prime example of why we need to get rid of the anchor baby provision. It confuses the issue. We will continue to be slaughtered by terrorists from within if we don’t know who is here. It is time to put an end to this crap.

I’d like to see KP vow to only fly out of O’Hare Int’l….with her political view it could turn out to be a blood oath. We have 3000 reasons to demand, not hope, that employee verification is valid.

I’m seeing those who don’t care about national security choose not to make any standards for entry into this country. I’m sorry, human rights issues are not the point. Even those are somewhat regulated. What was the statement by KP, something along this line, “they knew who she was?” Sorry, when she applied for work, using fraudulent documents, obviously they didn’t or she would not have been hired.

    AJ,

The Hillary story is meant to scare the bejeebers outta people. It is realistic.

Republicans had better get their act together, because as polarizing as she is, she can win. As a lifelong New Yorker, I can tell you that while the city is liberal, huge swaths of Long Island and Upstate are republican, and she charmed a bunch of voters there.

As for the Vick situation, I wanted him to be innocent. Heck, I wanted OJ to be innocent. OJ’s friend Marcus Allen was my hero when I was a kid. I am not saying these fellows should be above the law, I just hope people understand that kids do suffer broken hearts when their heroes fall.

    On a happier note…

Easy to forget that KP is part of the enemy, those who put Americans last and everyone else first. Easy for her to support tax dollars, public benefits, and other resources being diverted from the Americans who earned and are owed them to illegal gerrymanders like Arellano. With her six-figure income, skills, and looks, she’ll never have to worry about being able to survive retirement.

Arellano made her bed at our expense, having an anchor baby, and does not deserve any sympathy from any of us.

As for Kirsten Powers, she’s obviously been “called home” by her party whips for playing it too mild on FOX.

    All,

Kirsten, was repeating Democrat talking points but not convincingly.

If this is a compassionate issue, then those religious leaders need to go to the country these “Invaders” come from and minister to them there.

This is a Republic a Democracy and they don’t have any right, to decide for all of us, the rule of law, they will follow and the rule of laws, that they won’t follow. That is why Bill, kept repeating, this is Anarchy, that is the word. Last time I looked, the Democrats were not the Anarchist Party…but if that is the going to be their Democrat Party platform, good luck with that.

The Big Tent Party, is loosing it’s identity, to Socialist and Anarchist. How do you win a National Election, with no indentity, an American can identify with?

    Elvira Arellano is a criminal.

First she violated our laws by coming here without permission. Second, she committed identity theft and used someone’s valid SS number to fraudulently obtain employment. She obviously had to sign a false security agreement with the TSA to work at the airport.Another Felony, which makes three felonies that I know about.

She was deported but came back a second time to do the same thing all over again. Then she drops an anchor baby hoping to use the kid to get a sympathetic ear at her deportation hearing.

That makes six felony crimes she has committed not to mention the immoral act of giving birth to a child with no father just to gain sympathy with the Immigration court.

How much money has she cost the taxpayers so far?

Just how many felonies are Illegal Immigrants allowed to commit before they are held to the law for Christ Sakes.

KP is in la la land if she thinks people have a right to come to this country and commit crimes with impunity.
