Geraldo is as blind as a bat when it comes to this subject. He dodged, not even artfully, the question of "Would the 3 kids be alive if this guy would have been handled by ICE and held / deported earlier?" THAT is such a softball question - but he dodged and ducked and chuckled about the question, as if it was a trick question! He also rambled on about the 57 OTHER murders in Newark and claimed there was no difference. Yes, Geraldo - there is a difference. We know, probably by a factor of 99%, that that crime was preventable! Just as this one was.
