This response from the AZ AG’s office.
The New Jersey Attorney General, unlike the Arizona Attorney General,
is appointed by the governor and works as a member of the governor’s
staff, which gives her supervisory authority over the state police. In
Arizona, the Attorney General has no such authority, and a decision such
as the one made in New Jersey would have to come from the governor’s
office. It’s my understanding, however, that policies currently in place
in Arizona call for notifying federal authorities when persons suspected
of being in this country illegally are taken into custody and charged
with serious crimes.

Attorney General Terry Goddard is committed to enforcing all state laws
within his jurisdiction, including those that apply to illegal
immigrants.

#31, you are so right. A species that we’ve not been exposed previously creates a whole set of new rules. With the checks in place that are self-imposed, I’m not sure we’re up to the task. Our most blatant problems are those that will subvert any attempt to correct the problem.

#32, the only ones not being taxed are refugees, illegal aliens, and prisoners. And, someone, please tell why we needed any of the above? The American taxpayer is at their wits end. I’m looking at a major financial downturn in the next couple of years, no matter who homesteads the White House for the next 8 years.

You ought to attempt to post anything regarding illegals on the WRAL website.

It gets erased within minutes UNLESS someone is asleep at the hamster wheel.

I have written to them and asked them what is the deal about free speech.
It’s hate….did you know that? To dislike your state/my county being over-run with illegals is against the media policies of correctness.

It is so blatantly obvious that this state plans to do NOTHING about the problem.

Yet the taxes just keep going up to pay for these freeloaders.

In Latin countries MS13 gang problems are assigned to the military, they go after them very seriously.

The Police in the US hasn’t been able to curb the current gang situation, how in the world can they be expected to tackle the unprecedented violence of MS13?

The ROE for our law enforcement can’t even hope to come close to these highly organized incredibly vicious gangs, much less without ICE help (as in the numerous sanctuary cities around the country).

MS13 in America is like turning loose a non indigenous species that has no predator to keep it’s numbers in check.

Just heard a terrific guy on WNC talk radio – I hadn’t heard of Americans for Legal Immigration before. NC has a lot of immigrants (legal and otherwise) and the liberal newspaper(s) are covering for them by omitting details about fatal auto accidents, felonies, etc., that we have a right to know.
