re: Washington State Ferries. I am a frequent rider of WSF. I expect the local, state and federal police to protect me and the ferry system. I am very glad that the FBI has asked the public for help. I would stop buying the PI if I hadn’t already done that years ago.

Your guest, Hussien Ibish, is as closed minded as they come. He is himself, by his unfounded and illogical accusations of bigotry and profiling, a true bigot. And if the FBI had asked one of these groups for “permission” to post the pics, they would have come totally unglued (as they always do). He has/they have continuous PMS – Perverted Muslim Self-righteousness.

Last month I bought a new camera, and have taken a lot of pics on the ferries recently. But I certainly didn’t visit places on the boat where I shouldn’t have been. These guys do look familiar, but I can’t say for certain. I did check all my recent photos to see if they were in any. They were not.

Let’s assume for a minute that I was one of these guys and was a student of ship building or marine transportation, or something where I had a true but innocent interest in the specifics of the ferry and its operation. I would NOT be wandering around “acting strange”. I would contact WSF and ask for a tour. I’m sure something could be arranged.

Finally, if I saw my photo in the news, I would think, “Hey, that’s me – how cool is that?” Then I would contact the proper authorities and have the issue closed. If I saw my photo and did not come forward, it is an admission that I have something to hide. Since these guys have not come forward, and no one has been able to identify them (as far as we know), it would be more logical to assume that they are from out-of-country, or live “underground” with less-than-noble intentions.

The whole point of being a good hunter is a clean kill, meaning that your marksmanship will be merciful to your prey, the ideal being a single well aimed shot that takes down the prey with minimal suffering. Also, hunters will use what they catch to feed their families.

This dog fighting stuff is nothing like hunting. It’s the Roman Colusseum, only animals. Bloodsport, the more injury and gore the dog can survive, the better the “entertainment”. Don’t forget the gambling aspects of this either. Organized crime loves anything that can be wagered on. It’s just brutal, and sick. Nothing like hunting.

Oh it’s illegal, also. Hunting is not.

There is something wrong up in Seattle. Why if it is nothing? Why have these two men, not turned themselves into the FBI for questioning. Their photos have been everywhere if they have not viewed them personally, I have to think someone who knows them has. There was a Ferry worker concerned enough to take their photos and report their behavior.

It is true the NW is removed from what happened in NYC, Pennsylvania and DC. They are short sighted if they think terrorism elsewhere, doesn’t effect them personally, do they forget what happened to our Stock Market?

Back from Sabbath dinner, just watched Double-M.

Second memo to self. “My date with Monica has nothing to do with Monica Lindstrom. Do not call this Monica Ms. Lindstrom. Get it out of my head before dinner.”

As a single man with excellent taste in women (As evidenced by my thinking Double-M is cool), I do hope Ms. Lindstrom is Jewish and single. She needs to be a Factor guest more often.

She is the loveliest prosecutor I have seen since Angie Harmon on Law and Order.

Another terrific guest-stint by Michelle on The Factor. I do think tonight’s installment might have benefitted from a tad more levity, but in this case, the subject being what it was for about 1/2 – 2/3 of the program, I can we why there wasn’t much to be had.

By the way, a big bravo on your talking points tonight, Michelle. A powerful, hard-hitting commentary piled deep in facts and common sense and delivered with just the right balance of exasperation and subdued rage – all at once a message and catharsis and a tidal wave of an arguement. 100% winner from start to finish. Remarkable.
