Monday Factor

By Michelle Malkin  •  August 27, 2007 01:45 PM

I’ll be guest-hosting again tonight on The O’Reilly Factor. Lots of big news today–the Gonzales resignation, Michael Vick’s guilty plea and “I found Jesus” speech, follow-up on Elvira Arellano, and more. Tune in at 8pm Eastern.

Stinger ready, Queen Bee? Good! I be ‘dere.

I’ll be happier when the day comes when you write, “Bill O’Reilly will be guest-hosting on my program tonight…”

But like most of the rest of the community here, in the meantime I’ll take what I can get.

That does it!!! I’m finally going to have to break down and get cable. I’m tired of missing you on The Factor, Michelle.
Since you’ll be talking about Gonzalez, please be sure to bring up how Bill Clinton fired about 96 US attorneys. If I’m not mistaken, I believe a couple of them were even investigating him for his role in White Water. Anyway, good luck with the show. I’m sure it’ll be great.

MM - Thanks for the heads up. I had forgotten. Looking forward to it.

AJ - Happy Birthday to your baby girl. If you have any gray hairs peeking through it’s convenient to blame your kids, even if they don’t give you a reason to have them! Trust me, everyone will show great sympathy and nod their heads knowingly.

Elvira, is trashing us from south of the border if we are such terrible people, why would she want to live in the same country with us? I mean she already has a country full of sympathetic, like minded people, perfect fit and she doesn’t have to get a translator. Why doesn’t anyone see through this garbage? This isn’t about compassion it is about gaming the immigration system.

If I have the open borders peoples, take on this correct. It is an illegal misdemeanor to come into this country without papers but it is perfectly legal for them to stay once they make it inside.

If someone comes to my door and wants to come in and I say no and shut the door, they don’t get in, I have a legal right. I can call the police and even have them removed for trespassing but if they find another way into my house, they get to stay, that means I can’t call the police and have them removed?

My House, My Country, what is the difference? How come no one has any compassion for the American taxpayer the one that votes?

I would love to see Michelle interview Bill Maher. O’Reilly lets that jerk off far too easy. It’s annoying. I would be willing to bet Maher wouldn’t have the guts to come on with Michelle.

I sure you’ve shot The Factor by now but I still wanted to let you know that last weeks Talking Points Memo you did ROCKED!

I don’t like it when you have to go right into your first segment without tossing out some TPM red meat.

In fact, I enjoy it the most when, after the TPM, I’m furious and screaming at the TV.

    Anyways, Good Luck tonight.

Mrs. Malkin, I was surprised you didn’t say anything to Dr. Michael Scheuer after he said that we aren’t making a great attempt to catch Bin Laden in Afghanistan with 30,000 troops in a country “the size of Texas” and some of the “highest mountains” on Earth?

Was wondering if other viewers agreed with that statement or disagreed?

Great job, as always. Enjoy you as the “Anchor.” Again, you get better with every episode. I was afraid the Rev would fall asleep, what’s that about? He’s so “intellectualllll” and all that, he can’t be bothered with the mortal folk that want to ask questions. Whew! Bearing the weight of the open border’s crowd is getting very close to him not functioning at all. Pity the doc’s license to practice that prescribes him Prozac.

Great show!!!! The reverend needs a can of V8 juice or something. MM was making him squirm. Making gagging noises while on the Michelle Factor———-very funny. They should put a cardboard cut out of MM in front of Mr. O for his segments. As he would get better ratings!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good show, Michelle; that Talking Points Memo was damning. Indeed, given how much cronyism President Bush has displayed in his various cabinet and other postings, it’s amazing that there has been so little in the way of corruption scandals to come out of his administration.

As for the good reverend…I didn’t think that the Man Upstairs takes very kindly to lying in general — not to mention a man of the cloth engaging in it so transparently. Good job of nailing him.

And Kirsten actually sounded somewhat reasonable again, which was refreshing after her “everyone-has-a-human-right-to-live-in-America” episode a few shows prior to this one.

An excellent job, all around. You’re going to be greatly missed if/when Bill O’Reilly goes back to five nights a week [sigh]

I was rather hoping that MM would eviscerate the brain-dead Reverend a bit more, who has too little energy to think or even look at the camera much, but I suppose letting him hang himself was best.

I feel like Lewis Rothschild in the movie The American President: I wish the Republican candidates would really get after the open-borders crown and other liberal bed-wetters, show some real conservative leadership: I am so starved for it. It’s not fair to ask MM to do it all, sigh.

    Michelle,

I noticed you gave the Rev., more time up to the break, then you usually do for a segment. I think you were very respectful. I see that he did come with his talking points. How many times did he use the word responsiblity? I believe he was using this exact word for a purpose. I don’t buy his argument, I see where he was telling other Americans, they have a Moral Responsiblity. There is a separation btw Church and State for a reason. Elvira was practicing Civil Disobediance, Elvira is not an American Citizen.

I just thought the good Rev was either off his meds or had overdosed? Bizarre behavior, certainly a guy I’d turn my child over to raise.

#24, I’ve lost a lot of “friends” by sending them links to articles they find racist or insulting to their favorite group. Some people just do not want to hear the truth or face what they have to do to correct the situation. There must be treatment for the medical condition of wanting to keep your head buried in sand.
