You’re right, little O does think he’s right…but Bizarro Superman was much more articulate.

After his despicable performance at VA Tech on April 16th, And now threatening MM, I will never watch anything he is on again. Period. Unless Al-Qaeda puts out a tape with him held hostage and beheads him. Now that would be compelling TV.

It’s great that people are e-mailing Mr. O about this. His silence is deafening, but not surprising since he appears to buddy up when Geraldo is on.

I hope Fox knows what they’re doing. People should remember conservatives are principled. Most have turned on Bush over his immigration stance (or lack of same). They’ll (we’ll) do it again to Fox over this, too. I hope Fox thinks Rivera is worth it.

As for Dhue, she’s on Rivera’s show, so I doubt she’ll bring it up. However, any letters to her might say something like “as a woman, how would you feel about Geraldo Rivera announcing to the world that he’d spit on you for, essemtially, simply disagreeing with him? Be honest.” That might put the pressure all around.

As a gentleman, I would defend the women in my life from the likes of geraldo and any female who happens to be on the recieving end of geraldo assualt.

I didn’t catch all the info about this new thing called Dhue Points starting next Thursday, but aren’t we supposed to be emailing her and she will put tough questions to Bill for him to respond to? This would certainly be a great issue if Bill hasn’t dealt with the subject by then.

I’m disappointed that you haven’t taken Geraldo to task for threatening to spit on Michelle Malkin. You often take members of the media to task for outrageous behavior. Why haven’t you addressed Geraldo’s outrageous behavior?

By the way, in case you hadn’t seen the quote, here it is:

“Michelle Malkin is the most vile, hateful commentator I’ve ever met in my life,” he says. “She actually believes that neighbors should start snitching out neighbors, and we should be deporting people.

I’m a premium member for Bill O’Reilly and there are lots of MM fans (including myself) over there protesting Bill’s lack of confrontation of Geraldo about the spitting. We will have to keep the heat up on this issue.

Hold his feet to the fire!

If I may respectfully disagree:

1. Geraldo doesn’t put his political bias on the line the way O’Reilly and others do.

But much more to the issue:

2. Geraldo is entitled to his opinion. But saying he would spit on another co-worker because he so strongly disagrees with her opinion is not – hopefully – common practice at Fox and so it should not be treated as such. No offense, but I think you may have missed the point on all this.

Shrugging this off would be a mistake, IMO, because an unchallenged lie too quickly becomes the truth, as is evidenced of how quickly Obermonster jumped opportunistically on the story.

I think Michelle is in serious trouble of being cast as a villian the way so many other conservative commentators have. It seemed that the left didn’t have a handle on how to bring down an attractive ethnic woman, but Gerldo – former Gerry Rivers the quasi-caucasian, by touting his newly embraced Hispanic ethnicity, has opened the door, even though Michelle has never been hateful IMO and his remarks about spitting on her more vile than anything I have heard Michelle say or write.

No, this time we can’t stand back. MM is a powerful voice, and we can’t let her reputation go the mainstream way of Rush, Newt and every other intelligent, effective conservative voice horribly unfairly vilified by the left-wing media killing machine.

No, this time we have Geraldo’s spitting comment on which to hang Mr. River’s reputation and that of anyone who supports his views on Michelle. And we need to keep the pressure up. Two words of warning: remember Bob Dole. In other words, no more Mr. Nice Guy. That’s just how it’s got to be.

Now get out there and start objecting!!!!

I have no problem with G-man having his present job at Fox. You see, our side isn’t afraid of letting you hear all sides of the story; the left, the supposedly open side, is the side which wants to censor opinions they disagree with.
