#15 – NC has a huge immigrant population and getting a driver’s license here was a breeze for the illegals until a few years ago. Unfortunately for all of us, Graham’s position was the same as the president’s and Bush has done some really stupid things. Perhaps Graham can redeem himself before this critical election. For now, we need his support for the military.

I did get to hear Schumer remark, that is was no thanks to the US Military, that there is progress in Anbar Province. Schumer’s position? it has nothing to do with the “Surge” it is because the Sunni Tribes turned on Al Queda, well yeah Duh. I take it the Democrats are now angry with our “United” States Military Service People, for doing their jobs and completing their missions so well. The next step, for the Politicians in the Democrat Party- Villianize the American Military Service People. Who roots for the USA to loose a War? I mean Schumer is from New York, has he forgotten 9/11? I hear Al Qeada is releasing a new video tape for the anniversary maybe that will jog his memory.

This must end. People will die because of his selfish comments.
When an entire party, the ‘08 democrat run, is willing to sacrifice everything we’ve fought to achieve for years, to sacrifice at least a million lives ( thats about equal to every 15 NFL stadiums this weekend full to the brim, all being killed for someone’s ego) in Iraq, just to possibly have a democrat in the white house for four years.
They will allow all military lives lost, everything our brave soldiers have accomplished for many millions of Iraqi’s , to ‘get their way’ for a short period of time.
Schumer, people WILL die because of you.

yesterday someone was claiming that “Gloom and Doom” “Up-Chuck” Schumer had Viet Nam military background and was qualified to evaluate the military situation in Iraq.

Well … not according to his Senate Webpage Biography …

Sorry … I don’t see any military service in there … and he obviously avoided the draft for Nam since he was in H.S. when it started then right on to college and law school (both at Harvard) immediately afterwards …
