Michelle, I’ll bet Foer’s got a dart board in his office right now with your picture taped onto it. Hiding behind his receptionist. What a sorry specimen from the Fourth Estate.

I agree with a comment I saw on the Confederate Yankee blog, though: a big reason why Foer and the rest of the gang at TNR are hunkering down is because they correctly perceive that their loyal readership doesn’t give a tinker’s damn about “the truth” and is only interested in “the narrative.”

People who are living a lie sometimes don’t take kindly to those who would burst the bubble-world they’ve created for themselves (See also Rivera, Geraldo). But at least Foer isn’t threatening to spit on you…

Keep after em, Queen Bee; I haven’t had this much fun watching a worm squirming on the end of a hook since the last time I went fishing as a kid.

Outstanding story coverage. What I love most about blogs is the freedom they have to cover a story, and if they want to be taken seriously by the MSM, they do their due diligence and print corrections and apologies. An integrity issue, as they stand or fall by what they do or don’t do. Seems as if Foer doesn’t want to commit professional seppuku, but did anyway just because he had an axe to grind.

And these are the people that call conspiracy nuts weirdos.

The mind boggles.
