The Glenn and Helen Show features an interview with author, professor, and former Bush legal eagle Jack Goldsmith on law, terror, and politics. Our decision-making process, Goldsmith argues, has been “strangled by law.”

There’s a bumper sticker.

Over at HA, check out part III of my interview with Laura Ingraham covering Akon, cultural issues, and family.

I caught Laura Ingraham last night on Hannity and Colmes and I have to say she did very well. Laura was in Philladelphia, promoting her book. I was trying to follow what she was saying and had no problem during the segement with Hannity but when Allan Colmes, started to question her, he kept stepping on her replies, he wouldn’t let her finish, she would have to go back and start over, it was like she was trying to explain something to a child.

I did get some of her points and they brought up among others Britney Spears, the pornofication of the American Public, people from all kinds of political idealogies, don’t like this culture trend. She mentioned pronographers like Flynt and Hefner were comfortable with the Democratic Party. This is when Colmes started in talking over her. If Liberals are going to have the 60’s generation motto of “Do it if it feels good” or “Do whatever makes you happy” They shouldn’t be surprized when this stuff gets laid at their door step.

It was difficult to hear Laura try and make her point. I did get, the two ends of the political spectrum blue and red make purple and these American’s don’t like the way the American Culture is going. I agree, I don’t like children be sexualized or hyper sexualized.

I have heard others speak about this topic on Fox before. I believe there was an African American woman on a Fox News Segment, who brought up our children are being turned into little prostitots. This isn’t a Dem or Rep issue, it is an American Issue. Laura Ingraham didn’t turn me off at all last night. I wish Colmes wouldn’t have talked over her. I was interested in the subject.

Sorry pornographers…I am not unhappy that I don’t know how to spell that. No I am not a prude, I think this is being mainsteamed into the American Public, stealth through Marketing..who gets marketed to more then any other demographic in our Country..I suspect our children, get targeted the most by advertizing.

Yeah, that is a good bumper sticker, ‘Strangled by Law’. Without a doubt.

And if public schools aren’t bad enough, if anyone has picked on Glenn Beck’s show this week, talking about ‘the Perfect Day’… Islamofascists possibly attempting to duplicate the Beslan massacre all over the US simultaneously, coordinated with other attacks…Things could get very ugly.
We’re Catholic homeschoolers, but our youngest does go to a pre-school. One more thing to worry about.

    Roger that Laree…

And this would really be another good time to recommend Idiocracy again, speaking of the pornification of our culture. Mike Judge lambastes that aspect of our culture without mercy. It’s absolutely hysterical…

Now on to the second part of the interview with Laura which I apparently completely missed…

I seldom watch H&C but when I heard that Laura would be on, I tuned in. Within 30 secs I had switched the channel. I find Colmes about as tolerable as Geraldomudslinger. Too bad that Fox insists on employing those two. Wonder if their sponsors keep track on how many find them offensive?
