A Chinese national and a US citizen have been charged with conspiring to steal sensitive microchip designs capable of use in military technology, justice officials said Wednesday.

The US Attorney’s office in northern California said Lee Lan and Ge Yuefei had been indicted on multiple charges of conspiracy to commit economic espionage and to steal trade secrets.

Lee, 42, a US citizen, and Ge, 34, a Chinese national, had sought to steal secrets from their employer, NetLogics Microsystems, and from the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation, a statement said.

The two men had set up a company for the purpose of developing and marketing products related to the stolen trade secrets, and had attempted to secure funding from the Chinese government, it added….

US officials have said China and Russia are spying in the United States at levels close to those of the Cold War.

Senator Inhofe is up for re-election in the coming cycle. He will no doubt have to fight off attacks during the Republican primary from RINO’s, appeaser pleasers, gullible global warming alarmists, code stink (I mean, pink) hate-triots and others. I will not be surprised should it come out that the Left has contributed to any of his Republican primary opponents.

I am so disgusted with our open borders Senators here in Maine that I am doing the following (and successfully encouraging my friends and neighbors to do likewise).

I make campaign contributions to those folks who are opposed to open borders like Duncan Hunter and Jim Inhofe.

I send them a personal check and a cover letter which I forward to my Senators.

The message is clear—”Our contributions are not going to you. They are going to those who oppose amnesty”

These two posts clearly define much of the problem … according to the founding fathers we are supposed to have “citizen representation” … it was never intended to be a career … therein lies an even bigger reason for term limits … (which I have called for a number of times in my posts) … all we have today is a never-ending campaign for re-election and therefore nothing really gets done in Congress because they are too busy constantly pandering to their special interest supporters to represent their constituents.

This is one fight I’m not about to give up.
