Here’s some fodder for the newbies and oldies…Right Wing News polled bloggers on their “favorite people on the right.” Check out the list. Thanks to those who put in a good word for me. It’s nice to get some non-spittin’ love.
Who would you have chosen?

Ah, the corny humor comes out when I’m on hold with the phone company.
Thanks Michelle!
yay! i’m here!
Wow…it’s like being in the phone book.
I’m somebody!
testing … testing!
Thanks for opening it up
Hallelujah! Thanks for opening registration!
finally, getting to hang out with the cool kids! mornings with Michelle have just gotten better.
I would like to share the sentiments of those who have already commented…thank you for opening up registration!
To answer the question and this is not me sucking up, I would have chosen Michelle Malkin hands down. Rush and Ann coming in at a close second and third, respectively.
I’m in! Thanks, Michelle!
Woohoo!
As to your question, the only one on the list that I wouldn’t have put quite so high is Ann Coulter. I still like her and listen to her, but I think she often seeks confrontation… sometimes it starts looking like the Jerry Springer Show.
I think I would also put Brit Hume and Mary Katherine Ham much higher than Honorable Mention.
Woo Hoo!!
So who’s everyone’s favorite right-leaning person?
Thank You MM
Finally, now I am on my 2 favorite sites…Michelle and Hot Air…thanks Michelle.
Yay! Thank you for letting me post. Of course I would pick you, Michelle!
Good call on Ann Coulter…. However, I understand that she sometimes “steps in it” in public but her articles are nothing short of brilliant in my humble opinion.
Thank you, Michelle. Honored to be provided with the opportunity to comment here.
Michelle Malkin == Ann Coulter????
I think the poll got it wrong. It should be:
Michelle Malkin > Ann Coulter!!!!
I am tired of the way presidential candidates are selected. Two years of campaigning with candidates of both parties seeking votes in the primaries from extremists, then the candidates run to the center at the general election, which is still over ONE YEAR away. The primary law really sucks. I would prefer the old way of selecting candidates: conventions held 4 months before the general election which gives candidates time to campaign with less burnout on those like you and me who have to endure the mind numbing constant campaigning.
Thanks Michelle. I’m truly greatful for this opportunity.
Thanx for opening registration. Just gotta wait for it to open at Hotair… I personally like the top 3 and think they could all be switched around with each other and it would still be good.
Thanks for letting us in the door. I feel honored.
My favorites on the right:
Sean Hannity, Michelle, Rush, Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck, Newt, George W Bush to name a few.
My first comment
Welcome n00bs!
Two way tie for me between Malkin and Savage. Both have become a way of life for me.
Savage didn’t even make honorable mention? Scratching my head on that one. I understand he’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but c’mon!
Thank you - I appreciate the opportunity to add a comment here and there.
Well, in addition to being surprisingly entertaining he’s now used two of the jokes I’ve sent him on his show. So I’m going to have to vote for Greg Gutfeld.
Woo-Hoo, I’m in!
Big thanks to Mojoe for the heads up on open registration and bigger thanks to Michelle for letting an old curmudgeon like me join.
Rudy?…wrong list, along with GWB, and a few of the others.
Congradulations Michelle!!!

Savage has a really bad temper. I think it gets him into trouble. MM has a bad temper, however she’s cute when she’s mad!!!!!!!
In my list MM is numero uno. El Rushbo is numero dos. Hannity is fired!!!!!!!(After sucking up to Fonzie Rivera(in a collegial way).Dick Cheney should replace Newt Gingrinch on the list. I wish I would have been there, when the VP told Senator Layhee to bleep-bleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
/s/
Mr. guerilla
Wow!! I’m in!! Don’t know why I am so excited since I am not much of a joiner but I’m really happy to have caught open registration.
Two conservative senators that I like are
Jess Sessions and Tom Coburn.
I also give honor to three of the greatest conservative leaders I can remember: Ronald Reagan, Barry Goldwater, and Maggy Thatcher.
Thanks, Michelle.
Thanks Michelle for allowing me to post on your blog.
I’ve been a daily reader (sometimes more!) for well over a year and frequently link to your blog from mine.
Keep up the good work, Freedom Fighter First Class!
Cheers, Ronbo
Thanks, Michelle!
Now, in the spirit of things, I have put together my Top 10 list. Remember…
1. Rush Limbaugh
2. Michelle Malkin
3. Laura Ingraham
4. Thomas Sowell
5. Newt Gingrich
6. Neal Boortz
7. Walter Williams
8. Mary Katherine Ham
9. Ann Coulter
10. Glenn Beck
Each has their own strengths and weeknesses in my mind but any of them is a worthy opponent of the Left.
Well all right then. Thanks Michelle.
Hum, 2 people on the right … Michelle Malkin and um, um, um, Michelle Malkin.
Thanks Michelle for the chance to comment.
This should be fun.
*insert evil cackle here*
I’M IN THE CONSERVATIVE STRONGHOLD! NOW I CAN FLAME AND SPAM AND…
*ahem*
Sorry ’bout that. Just seemed like it would be fun to claim such a thing.
Thanks for the invite.
Let us not forget Victor Davis Hanson, Mark Steyn, and Tony Snow.
Many thanks to Rick Moran who resolved a technical problem I have had for months in trying to comment. Thank you Rick!
Thanks MM for letting me join! It took some doing but I got there. Look forward to joining the chats.
Hi everyone! Glad I’m finally part of this outstanding community.
Long-time lurker, first-time commentor. Thanks for the opportunity!
Nice move, Michelle - and welcome to all the newbies.
It will also be interesting to see who’s added to our resident liberal troll cache… lol.
As for my favorite conservatives:
1. Michelle
2. Mark Belling ( Milwaukee radio host and occasional sub for Rush )
3. Laura Ingraham
4. Rush
5. Newt
6. Mary Katherine
7. Lou Dobbs
8. Mark Levin
And an honorable mention goes out to the other members of the Malkin6!
Yeay!
Michelle, I think Rick may need a hug today.
Ms. Malkin:
Thank you for opening registration.
I appreciate the opportunity to comment.
I am perplexed by Bush being that high on that list. Yes, I too voted for him twice, but as we have learned he is not a conservative, a republican yes, but not a conservative.
I am for:
1 Bill O’reilly
2 Michelle Markin
3 Ann Coulter
4 Hugh Hewitt
5 Sean Hannity
Thanks for letting me express myself!
Johnny D, I’m looking at your list. While I agree that Rush is conservative, I can only take him in small doses - his ego is too much for me. Michelle is tops as is Laura. They both have intellect, communications ability, and a pleasant manner. To me Ann Coulter is counter productive because of her style. If one of the goals is to convince non conservatives why they should be conservatives, then Ann just drives them away with her shrill speak. I also like
Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly. I respect Shawn Hannity, but if I have to hear him say ” You’re a Great American” one more time, I’ll scream. It just gets old after a while.
I also like Newt for his conservative ideas.
It is so awesome being able to post! My favorite right leaning people:
Thomas Jefferson
Benjamin Franklin
Ronald Regan
Rush Limbaugh
Michelle Malkin
Milton Friedman
LOL, jrl.
Kewl Beans! Now I’m a Lizard AND a Malkie!
Diana West should get a mention also, I’ve enjoyed listening to her.
Wow - how could I possibly forget this on my list ( Thanks for the reminder #51 ):
Ronald Reagan.
He’s a gimme jrl.
Although I’m not strongly political, my favorite people on the right are Dr. Robert Spencer, Michelle Malkin and Michael Steele (I SO would have loved for him to run for president!).
P.S. Thanks for the comments registration option!
I have arrived.
I am for anyone against- these smear merchants.
http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2007/09/30/group-behind-smear-campaigns-against-limbaugh-o-reilly
Michelle Malkin, I think Newt makes alot of sense, and he is intelligent, Lou Dobbs. I like commentators who are smart and who come out swinging.
My husband is unreasonably fond of Ann Coulter. Whenever they play that clip of those guys trying to hit Ann Coulter with the pie. I always here the samething “Damn hippies, and I am not suprized she could move out of the way that fast” It is impossible to critize her or have a difference of opinion. My husband just refuses to hear any of it.
I’m sooooo excited!!!!! I have been waiting and begging to be able to join! WooHoo!
Thanks so much Michelle!
Hooray!
Thanks for opening up registration! I thought I’d never get in, but now I’m here. Hooray!
Thanks Michelle!

Hi to all the new folks here.
Hi to any lizards on the boards as well.
Finally made it here to the big time
I’m in. Thank’s Michelle!
I discovered your site through LGF a while back and check it regularly.
When will you replace Bill O’Reilly permanantly?
Thanks Michelle! Glad to move to the grownups table! My favorite right leaners include the lovely MM, Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck, and that voice inside my head…
Hey…is this thing on?
I left a message and don’t see it.
OK…see it now.
Don’t feel bad…..
I don’t know what “Pulchritudinous” means either….

I was looking forward to this.
Thanks MM. On second thoughts, no thanks, because, I believe, its my right, having visited this site daily for the past year or so :). I am a legal immigrant here in the US since 2005 and identify myself as a conservative idealogue. This is for MM site veterans: As regards the favorite people on the right, any reason why my favorite Charles -LGF- Johnson is missing.

I keep a pretty limited list of pundits on the bookmark tab… Michelle, Atlas, Bryan, and Allahpundit. I occasionally drop in on MKH and LGF, but I really like the well run machine that Hot Air has been.
(do I get a free T shirt for saying that ? heh)
Thank you for your continued “heads up” on the treatment of our troops.

That is all for now!
Thanks Michelle, it is an honor, you are fantastic and would be my #1 pick. I just love when you fill in for Bill O’Reilly, you have even converted my daughter into a conservative. She watched you one evening with me and said “who is this lady, she is great”.
My #2 pick is Rudy.
I wish more people would get behind Rudy he is a conservative and a great leader. He is right, you are not going to change people’s minds on abortion. At least not in the near future.
Most important, HE CAN WIN. He may take states Republicans never dreamed they could take.
I made it. Worth the wait.
Michelle, yours has been one of my most-quoted and linked-to sites for some time now. I consider this the proudest moment in my political life, second only to finally getting it right and registering as a Republican. I’ll hope to do you proud.
All,
Don Imus had many Conservative viewers, I bet some of the Republicans who came on his morning show, wish they still had Imus’s format…but Media Matters took care of that.

Yeeha…I finally made it! A big US Army and Virginia Army National Guard retired HOOAH everyone at MM!!
Michelle, you light up an otherwise rather dismal political landscape. Keep up the good work. The country needs you.
HOOAH!!! I’m finally in! Thanks, Michelle!
SFCMAC
Michelle is the best!! Hooray!!
Hugh Hewitt and Mark Steyn rock. Jonah Goldberg is also a national treasure.
Mrs. Malkin is the only conservative intellect ever to write me back after an e-mail, so that always counts for something.
Andrew Sullivan has written me, signed as “Nancy”, while a couple of years back Keith Olbermann wrote back to insult me when I questioned an upcoming episode that supposedly revealed the tie between bad political news for GWB and terror alerts and actual terror attacks.
Olbermann was a trooofer when trooofers weren’t cool.
So happy to be able to comment at long last!!
Michelle, you and your crew (and associates) provide a GREAT service!
A strong voice of reason in a crazy world.
I come here everyday to see if it’s just me, or is the rest of the world insane, and then I realize I am normal and among friends.
Thank you.
At last! But it was worth the wait.
I limited my list to 10. I’m afraid I happen to like Ann’s style but she only just barely made it. I agree on Hannity. That’s why he isn’t on it. Rush on the other hand gets top billing, IMHO, because more than anything he is the most successful conservative commentator out there.
I would have been totally satisfied to have had him as one of my senators. It sure is a shame I live in a single party (DEM) state!
thanks! MM
Hmmm, first attempt at posting failed somehow…
My favorites, in no particular order:
Michelle Malkin, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Medved, Sean Hannity, Mark Steyn, Victor Davis Hanson, Tom Sullivan (KFBK Sacramento), Melanie Morgan, Brian Sussman
Or maybe not. I see my first post now.
May post on LGF later on possible subtropical storm to form (upper low and decaying front already providing beneficial, maybe too beneficial) rain to South Florida), move across Florida and head for Louisiana.
If so, I’ll link to the post.
Michael Savage, when he supported Jerry Brown last election, and gushed like a school girl over Chuck Schumer when the senior senator from the Empire State came on his show, revealed that his conservatism may be a mile wide, but a centimeter deep.
“Kill the Jews & Christians” fliers have appeared on cars in Michigan.
The fliers say, “Kill Jews and Christians if they don’t believe in Allah and Mohammad.” They also encourage fighting anyone who does not believe.
Police are perplexed. They have no idea what it means.
Malkin, Coulter, Bruce (Tammy), Rush, O’Reilly, Steyn, Stein (Ben), Hannity was on the list…(I love his man on the street bit.) But in the last year or so he has started coming across a little too whiney for me. Sorry Sean!
YAY long time lurker, finally first time poster!
Some of my favorite right leaning type people include of course MM, Laura Ingraham and in the Senate, Senators Demint and Sessions. I’ve also been reading alot of good things about Duncan Hunter lately, so he is definitely on my radar as well!
Big thank you to Michelle for opening up the comments!
Ryan, I listened to Melanie and Brian when Rick was a guest, I was pleasantly surprised they even had Conservative talk radio up there. is it an underground station? lol /joke
Since I get up to 12 choices, here’s mine, in the order that they flew off the keyboard (which is neither the order in which they’re ranked nor in any other sort of order):
Michelle Malkin
Charlie Sykes
Mary Katharine Ham
Rush Limbaugh
Owen Robinson (Boots and Sabers)
Sister Toldjah
My father
Brit Hume
Walter Williams
Justice Clarence Thomas
Justice Antonin Scalia
Duncan Hunter
Ann Coulter by far number one in my opinion. She takes it to these liberal freakazoids like there is no tomorrow. She uses the liberal secular progressive strategies against them and wins hands down every time. She is one funny girl! Her intellectual humor BITES!
Rush Limbaugh is excellent but I tire of his “egomaniacalisms”.
MICHELLE MALKIN is my favorite web site, articles and book author and most well thought out and reasoned conservative in the universe. She’s easily number one too.
Got to love Laura Ingraham. She’s such a smart girl and has an easy to listen to voice.
Bill O’Reilly used to be much better. His usage of “Left Wing Fanatic” Geraldo Rivera is a ridiculous attempt to be fair and balanced. His TV show has clearly lost its edge with the recent disappearance of Michelle Malkin.
Michael Savage is fabulous. Exposes both sides hypocritical tendencies and takes the edge off with recipes, cooking instructions and other health items. His angry tirades are motivational. I’m sure he keeps the SF Gay community seething!
Sean Hannity lost me completely over Terry Schiavo. Fifty percent of his content now on both television and radio is pathetic rehashing of worn out issues.
Newt Gingrich lost me completely after his super promotion last week of American solutions only to discover Saturday that he did not qualify to run that LUCRATIVE “not for profit” company and campaign for the presidency simultaneously. Convince me that he did not know about McCain/Feingold interference prior to last week’s super promo including hype by Neal Boortz and Sean Hannity. RIDICULOUS!
Woohoo! Thanks for opening registration, Michelle.
As for the Right Wing News poll, you, Mark Steyn, and Robert Spencer would be my three picks.
Finally. I thought an open registration period was about due, but I figured I missed it again.
Thanks
Steveegg:
That was sweet!
Given how leftist Google has turned, I’m surprised to see you still use gmail.

I would have voted Michelle. Oh yeah, MKat as well.

I admire and enjoy everyone on all the lists, particularly Coulter: What an animal. She takes it to the moonbats in a manner that Republican politicians should learn from. Michelle goes without saying. I’m here every day. Another fav is “W”, the President. He goes off the reservation in some areas but not without significant thought and prior experience. I still don’t agree but admire his resolution. I ADORE Dick Cheney. He’s incredibly intelligent and erudite. I always tune into his interviews where one can find any. Also, Steve Janke of Angry in the Great White North. He’s doing the Lord’s work up in the frozen north attempting to sway a pack of commie canucks. Definitely an example of the lone voice in the wilderness.
Today he is a ticked off bears fan,
also the comment moderator for michelle, a writer and blogger. His web site is rightwingnuthouse.com
My favorite is Emily Zanotti at the American Princess.
Of course, I like MM too.

I think I’m here. Am I here? Yeah, I’m here. Thanks for opening up.
I know, it’s amazing, isn’t it? Lee Rodgers is the regular co-host (Brian is on Monday mornings in addition to his show from 6-8 weekday evenings). I’m a big Sussman fan, though.
Great way to impress a beautiful woman.
Not even a first date for you!
My favorite folk on the right are 2 KABC talkers:Tammy Bruce and Al Rantel, KRLA’s Dennis Prager, Rick Mo of “Nuthouse”and “Watchers of Weasels”, and it should go without saying ,but, Michell.

Hi Michelle,
Couldn’t miss this opportunity to add my hare-brained comments.
Hi Rick,
I promise to play nice.
I’m glad to be able to comment on the site! Thanks!!
Yay! Finally! Thanks Michelle!
Now if I can just get into LGF!
By way of introduction, I’m a moderate independent who leans a bit right of center on most issues and left of center on a few (mostly social stuff). I consider myself rational, reasonable and pragmatic…call me an “old school” conservative with a libertarian bent and a dose of classic liberalism on a few specific issues. As a result, politicians and political pundits from the Rocky Mountain West (of both parties) tend to appeal to me. These folks tend to be pretty results oriented and aren’t particularly interested in dogmatic ideology, extreme positions or unproductive demagoguery. I feel like I’m probably at least in the plurality in this country, and folks such as me have little use for extremists on either the right (e.g., Limbaugh, Coulter, Hannity, Tancredo, Hunter, etc.) or the left (Rosie, Randi Rhodes (sp?), Kucinich, etc.). Anyway, sorry to ramble and here’s my list, in no particular order. I’ve eliminated all rigid ideologues, demagogues, authoritarians, neocons, extreme social conservatives, empty suits, and those with no manners, honor or integrity.
Barry Goldwater - the father of the modern conservative movement. He hated that his party and movement had been hijacked.
George Will - can be a bit pompous obviously, but he’s the real deal.
William F. Buckley - an original. The classic traditional conservative.
Pat Buchanan - love listening to this guy talk politics. Straight shooter agree with him or not.
John Dean - most of you probably don’t consider him to be a conservative. You’d be wrong. He’s a traditional conservative and was very close to Goldwater. If you haven’t already, read Conservatives w/o a Conscience.
Andrew Sullivan - see above.
Sandra Day O’Connor - again, many of you likely don’t consider her a conservative, but you’d be wrong again. She’s a classic, traditional conservative. BTW, was closely aligned with Reinquist over the years and was close with Goldwater.
Hugh Hewitt - disagree with him often (especially on social issues), but this guy is smart, he’s reasonable and he’s civil. Especially enjoy his interviews with authors (see Hitchens) of all political persuasions.
Also, I would note that including politicians serving prior to WWII when listing your favorite right wingers doesn’t make much sense. The terms “conservative” and “liberal” didn’t have the same meanings prior to that time.
Finally, I’d like to thank Ms. Malkin for opening registration to her site. Given my independent/moderate stance on most issues, I tend to visit blogs covering the right, left and middle, and I’ve gotta say that hotair.com and michellemalkin.com are two of the better sites in terms of presentation, ease of use, look and feel, etc. Both are very, very well put together. To top it off, Moran’s “Terms of Use” is the best I’ve ever seen…didn’t think it was possible to make such a thing entertaining.
Why, you’re my favorite person on the right, Michelle ;)!
Heh heh…other favorites on our team: Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Laura Ingraham, Mark Steyn, Hugh Hewitt, Victor Davis Hanson, Tammy Bruce, Mary Katherine Ham, Charles Johnson, the fine folks at NewsBusters.org, Bill O’Reilly. I’m reluctant to name politicians because I’m wary of them.
Each morning I think, “I wonder what Michelle is thinking today”. Now she’ll know what I’m thinking too. Scary. Fav right-winger? Tossup between Michelle and Laura Ingraham. I love them both. “There’s nothing more attractive than an intelligent conservative woman”. So Margaret Thatcher is hot? Oh yeah. Read some of her quotes sometime. She’s smokin’ hot.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention Dennis Prager, John Bolton, and El Rushbo.
LaEnchiladita
MAJOR bonus points to the newbie…wink wink. Forgot about Oriana…she is definately on my list too.
Thanks Michelle!!
I’ve waited such a long time.1
Welcome all and the Lizards in particular.
Top conservative picks?
1. Mark Steyn. The King. Never knowingly miss anything he writes. Great speaker, too. Nobody else out there as gifted with the turn of a phrase.
2. Our Lovely Hostess, The Queen Bee. Talent, guts, brains and beauty, all in one neat package. Why get my own blog, when I can just hang out at hers?
3. Victor Davis Hanson. A Fourth Century BC man trapped in the 21st Century, who brings an unmatched sense of historical perspective to current social and political events.
Michelle, I can’t thank you enough for all that you have done. You are beyond a doubt also “the # 1 Cutie on the Right too”. Thanks for letting me have my picture taken with you on Sept 15 at Gathering of Eagles 3.
Hello all!
Thank you, feebiebabe…Oriana, I think, was a “9/11 rightist,” although she may have been speaking out on creeping PC in Europe before then…not sure.
Thank YOU, Michelle Malkin, for opening registration. You are incredible. You carry on, in the tradition of Oriana Fallaci, as The Intrepid One.
Thanks also to Rick Moran.
I especially enjoy your live-blogging of events.
Thank you Michelle for speaking with such clarity and conviction at a time when there are a lot of yapping sound bites of meaningless dribble.

The Great One and Miss Coulter hands down. Can anyone say…chutzpah..I just wish present company and others were more like them.
As a new legal alien of MichelleMalkin.com, let me say how glad I am to be here. I’ve been itching to post on this site for a few months now, ever since the first article I read on this site that I disagreed with MM about.
I’ve never had the pleasure of listening to Michelle regularly on TV or radio, but my local station (WTKK in Boston) carries both Bill O’Reilly (not my cup of tea) and Laura Ingraham (on too late for me to catch most nights).
Most of the time I listen to locals Michael Graham and Jay Severin, two of the funniest politcal talk hosts on radio today.
He is the one that taught me how to be conservative at a nice, young age, and he’s still alive, so he qualifies.

Thanks Michelle. You’re number one on my list.
Michelle,
Thank you for opening this blog. I have found the only way to deal with the
apparent demise of the USA is to talk with others who share the desire to “bring our country back”. To not have others who are aware of the danger in this country now is very lonely and frightening. So thank you….

1. MM
2. Ann Coulter
Who would Michelle have chosen? Maybe a top ten in no particular order?
Thanks a bunch Michelle! I keep reading and want to ramble on about my opinion and couldn’t do so! Well, I guess that’s what my site is for but the more places for me to rant the better!
Well, this is indeed exciting. Hats off to Ms. Malkin for allowing some possibility for an alternative to the creepy mash notes people usually leave for her here. I look forward to some spirited debate. Many’s the time I wanted to respond to some hatin’ from MM and her worshipers but haven’t been able to.
In response to her graciousness, I’ll allow that Ms. Malkin does seem to be more principled than your Sean Hannity variety of Republican hack. As for the most admirable conservatives, I’ll nominate George Will, William F. Buckley, and Andrew Sullivan, all of whom are appalled, as proper conservatives should be, by the abuses and missteps of the Bush administration.

I feel like I have begun my 15 pixels of fame. Glad to be aboard. Let me put in my 2 cents with:
MM - For being first in my RSS feed and for making me famous by letting me comment.
Hugh Hewitt - For changing radio and internet with the long form interview.
VDH - For being an expert of the rarest kind.
Mark Steyn and James Lileks - For being both wise and having a high fun quotient.
Albert Mohler - For courageous, countercultural christianity.
Would love to hear your interpretation of ‘hatin’, Kovacs.
Woo Hoo! I am finally in as a commenter!

If we have already been commenting for a few weeks, is registration required again?

*** ¡ ¡ ¡ FLORIDA UPDATE !!! ***
Ignoring Canadian suggestion that the remnants of Karen regenerate and hit Miami as a Category 5 hurricane on Sunday.
Although hurricane potential is low, as system is starting out cold core and baroclinic, the Florida impacts through tomorrow, and Louisiana impacts about Friday, mean I should discuss this.
Winds approaching tropical storm strength in Bahamas as subtropical low may be forming.
Satellite loop of disorganized feature, as a non-tropical low pressure tried to form on old frontal boundary due to baroclinic (non-tropical) processes.
If the upper level low backs Southwest faster than the resulting surface low, the thunderstorms around the low may be able to cause an accumulation of heat above the low, the first step in the transition from a purely polar low to a sub-tropical hybrid, then a purely tropical storm.
The feature will also have too battle dry air being pulled into Florida and the Gulf by the upper low as seen on the Cape Canaveral sounding, with PW a dry 1.1 inches. (28mm)
Models suggest a second Gulf landfall between Morgan City and Pensacola
Decay SHIPs model predicts 43 knots (50 mph or 80 km/hr) at landfall.
Ok, just because you asked, while not likely, here is Environment Canada’s ‘Canadian Meteorological Centre’ model showing the end of human life in Miami next Sunday.
I don’t accept that forecast, yet.
Rather than compile a numerical list of my favorite persons on the right, I decided to list my favorite persons on the right by different genre (media and non-media):
Media:
Television: Sean Hannity
Radio: Rush Limbaugh
Newspaper: Charles Krauthammer
Non-Media:
Politician: Vice President Dick Cheney
Law: Justices Antonin Scalia & Clarence Thomas (tie)
Diplomat: Ambassador John Bolton
Overall favorite (any media, any time):
Conservative Ingénue, Ms. Michelle Maglalang (the early years in Los Angeles & Seattle) and Mrs. Michelle Malkin (columnist, blogger, author, and political commentator)(it almost makes me feel like a Democrat to be stuffing the ballot box).
Whee! I’m in!!
Thanks, Michelle and Rick!
As for commentators, eliminating Mr. Reagan since he technically was not one, and myself, because that would be beyond egotistical, here is my list.
1) Charles Krauthammer
Thomas Sowell
2) John Podhoretz
3) Ralph Peters
4) Sean Hannity
5) Jonathan Hoenig
6) Rush Limbaugh
7) Michelle Malkin
9) Laura Ingraham
10)Townhall–a bunch of them.
Respectfully,
