The nerve of Geraldo Rivera

By Michelle Malkin  •  October 4, 2007 07:33 AM

This man has some nerve. Here he is, the insane man who threatened to, you know, spit on me, last night, complaining that the “extremes” on both sides of the political debate are guilty of “coarsening the debate.” Thanks to Allahpundit for clipping the unstomach-able clip:

“Coarsening the debate.”

Un. Freaking. Believable.

Geraldo Rivera: The Rosie O’Donnell of Fox News.

He said “I don’t believe anything Rush Limbaugh says, I don’t believe anything MoveOn says. What did Rush say? Why couldn’t he just say I’m sorry and be done with it?” He had no idea what the actual debate was, and only seemed to want to appear “above the fray” himself. No suprise there, it’s always about him in his mind.

A simple yet reliable rule of thumb for someone like Geraldo Rivera is: Whatever he’s condemning in others, he’s hiding from himself.

You see, when he threatens to spit on Michelle, he’s just “reacting” to the “coarsening” of the debate; in fact, in his mind Michelle is the “coarsener,” so if anything it’s her fault that he made such a repulsive comment.

He’s just a victim of that wicked woman.

    Yeah, that’s the ticket…

He is the Jar-Jar Binks of FOX News

As a Star Wars fan, I know exactly what you mean by this.

As a Star Wars fan, I am insulted you would compare the two. Jar-Jar has a brain and was a leader that could be trusted. Geraldine-o was a traitor who gave away our troop positions to the enemy.

    Jar-Jar: I spek
    Geraldine-o: I spit

The Jerry Springer Show debuted in the fall of 1991. Geraldo started in 1987. The sleaze began in 1986 with Al Capone’s vault. Geraldo is the original sleaze-master.

I was stunned when Fox hired him. Hopefully, he will be gone soon.

What do you expect? Here is another Liberal who has spent his entire career pandering and doing his best to keep his ego over-inflated while at the same time remain as condescending as humanly possible. No other network wanted him any more, and after 9-11 he saw his chance. Pretending to become “reborn” following the attacks and masquerading as a Right leaning Moderate who saw the evils of his Liberal ways following the attacks, he finagled a job at Fox. Then came the start of the Iraq Invasion, where he thought he could pretend to be macho by imbedding himself and trying to portray himself as the “New SCUD Stud”. Well, this backfired when his true Liberal colors just could not be restrained very long and gave out American positions and troop movements and classified plans LIVE on TV for all the enemy to see, leading to his getting booted out of the country.

Why he was not brought up on charges, let alone fired on the spot by Fox still boggles my mind, and instead they have provided him with more and more opportunity to spread his own particular brand of anti-American hatred and Liberal bias. He is too egotistical to even realize what an absolute joke he appears to be to rational people, and I would be willing to bet that everyone in the halls and offices at Fox secretly laugh at him behind his back.

C’mon Michelle…you are there all the time. You can tell us…just what type of mocking things are done about him around their studios while he thinks people there worship him and actually care about what he thinks or says? We promise not to let him know…much.

Geraldo has a fixation with sexual perversion and blonde women…I knew I could no longer watch him when he flashed a “poorly obscured” OJ Simpson pranching around fully naked after having sex on some video he had found (and placed on national TV)…the image caught me off guard before I could look away; but the sin is all his! Now I watch out for the FOX NEWS primetime perve-hour with Geraldo.

Is the Geraldo feud the reason that Michelle has not appeared on the Factor for a few weeks?

If so, I hope BOR realizes that many of his viewers prefer Michelle segments to Geraldo segments.
