While I don’t agree with the invasion of a person’s property and life by bunch of left-wing nuts or any other group for that matter, I can’t help but see some irony that some of Pelosi’s own base is treating her like they do others.

Will she condemn this type of treatment of others in the future, once Code Pink’s ire for her has diminished and they move on to the next victim?

On the one hand, I’m really cracking up about this. I think it’s dead wrong for any group to target a politician at such extremes, but it IS Pelosi and makes me laugh.

On the other hand, regardless of what I think of her politics, she is still the Speaker of the House. IMHO, that she would allow this to continue for so long, makes a mockery of the office. She could have them removed any time she chooses to do so.

As a demonstration of duplicity in action and schizophrenia in thought, the Pinkos are an excellent exemplary of the committed Far Lefters.

Demonstrating through their actions that projection is the sincerest form of flattery, the behavior they exhibit in front of Speaker Pelosi’s house (and in front of Berkeley’s Marine recruiters building) exposes the muddled and contradictory thought process that reveals their philosophy as one of anarchy.

I see no contribution to any positive solutions here. Rather I see fear and cowardice, hysteria and shrill keening of demands that must be as pointless and vacuous to them as they seem to me.

What’s the point then? Are these the children now grown old who were the one’s to demand attention from parents, teachers and others, attention that, good or bad, no matter how brief, satisfied some emptiness of soul, filled the need to be recognized? I suspect their endless self-absorption is but a symptom of their crying need for some self validation.

As beenthere just wrote, the devolution of this mentality, with its infantile and irrational demands for a Daddy or Mommy to DO SOMETHING FOR ME! Could well lead to a fascist style of government. Vain and pompous, these Pinkos would trade their rights and individualities for the promise of some reassurance that they do, in fact, matter.

Good point, JoeS. I think it’s a deliberate attempt to portray Pelosi as more mainstream than the Kooks. Pelosi herself probably invited them to camp there.
