    How would MoveOn.org respond to a legal threat?

    If MoveOn.org’s threats are impinging on free speech and defame the character of organizations as copyright infringers, then why not get an injunction or cease and desist order against them.

    Seems like an open and shut way to knock Soros’ plan off course. In this instance, public opinion is good over the long term. But in the short term, political campaigns are being sideswiped by a Jew hating, pro-jihad, pro-Socialist, pro-open borders, anti-American front group for Soros.

    Has the Right run out of money to pay legal fees to some of the best lawyers in the world?

    There’s an organization which has made Senator Susan Collins their target. They have attacked others, including General Petraeus in an infamous New York Times ad.

    We cannot name this organization here because Google says mentioning them violates their trademark policy.

    Even though other ads have been placed on Google which name the organizations they are attacking.

    We have decided to move forward and place new versions of the ads, on the hope that people will realize the organization we mean.

    Something on that idea. As I’ve learned from South Park, it’s legal to say an objectionable phrase if at least five words come between the two words.
