Vandalism,Battery = Tort suit (Joint and Several Liability)

Any and everyone injured (in the legal sense) by these ought to sue.

(And happy belated birthday wishes to you, Michelle!)

Why do these meeting have to be held in DC? How about scheduling them for the dead of winter in South Dakota, or the muggiest part of the summer in say, Mississippi, and see how many of the hygiene-challenged show up to protest there.

Let them try that here in the deep south of Forida. Let them throw a brick and hurt a woman down here. Me and a bunch of my redneck pals know how to treat women and we know how to treat people who do not know how to treat a woman. A couple o' dozen of us would teach 'em some manners (after we beat the snot out of them). Our police buddies would get a few shots in too! After we are done with them, we would sick the dogs on 'em. They would learn the meaning of anarchy. I sure wish there were some good ol' boys in DC. Alas - it is DC.

Now this is an idea with legs. If the Nome Hilton is booked up next February, there is always Frostbite Falls, Minnesota!

Isn’t it about time the citizenry starts taking the law into its own hands? I mean…when are we going to sacrifice a little jail time for a little misdemeanor kick-ass?

This very important social-glue was removed from American society years ago by litigationists and liberal activists combined.

An economist friend of mine based his cost-benefit analysis thesis on this very phenomenon. He contended that American society has paid dearly and benefited little for allowing neighborhood autonomy to be replaced by ineffectual, metro-police forces...especially when they are controlled by liberals.

A dramatic view of how these American neighborhood situations used to be handled without police can be seen in the biker/bar scene in the movie "A Bronx Tale."

Habby B-day Michelle!

More than 100 protesters were gathered at Washington Circle where they marched through Georgetown to send a message to what they call “a seat of excessive wealth and privilege.”

How adorable! The little dears are expressing their solidarity with oppressed poor people everywhere which know all about from the pictures they see on TV and the internet. Such compassion! The selfless dedication of these young people is truly inspiring.

I wonder if their parents got the message they were sending.

Anarchy is the communist way. They disrupt and agitate to the point where you are willing to give up your rights to be protected from them and the corrupt politicians who allow it. It's not going to get any better. Liberals devise liberal things. Our media is liberal. That said, nothing will change. They tell us that video games and slasher movies and bad rap cannot have an affect on children....but somehow a 30 second commercial for cigarettes makes every child in America want to smoke. If you can reason that one out please clue me in. If a 30 second commercial is that powerful, you reckon how powerful 24/7 liberalism can be?

Of all of the species of radical lefties, the ones I despise the most are the anarchists. When I lived in the D.C. area, I used to think, "Just let one of those underfed, meth-smoking punks cross my path." D.C. cops have SUCKED for years at controlling these losers. If D.C. had a real police chief, not yet another in a succession of Chief Wiggums, those anarchists would be hosed, pepper sprayed, tazed, and whacked with billy clubs until they high-tailed it out of town.

Maybe that poor young woman hit with a brick ought to get a few free shots with her own bricks at that phony church housing these losers.

Better yet, sue the Episcopalian Church.

The little punk asses have no idea what a third world country is, let alone how to find one on a map. The police need to do a better job cracking down on the self-appointed "anarchists". I bet mom and dad are so proud.

Isn’t it about time the citizenry starts taking the law into its own hands? I mean…when are we going to sacrifice a little jailtime for a little misdemeanor kick-ass?
We used to let the police take care of this. When there were protests planned for Philadelphia a few years ago, they restricted where protests could take place, rounded up the ones that defied the order and pre-emptively raided locations were "riot instruments" were being prepared. The legal wranglings eventually went away and the city made out ok.

These people are like wild dogs. You can't shame them, reason with them, restrain them or expect them to behave. You can only intimidate them. A 10 to 1 counter protest might do the trick.

Personally I think the National Guard should be called out to deal with these folks with a full combat weapons and ammo load to protect innocent civilian’s life and property. Failure to obey the orders to disperse peacefully should be met with an equal level of violence displayed by the protesters. I have not so fond memories about how the authorities in Seattle failed to protect anything but the savage’s rights a few years back. Yep! I have just about had it with these nonconformist BS artists.
