sivapragasam:#6 The Syrians paid top dollar to the Russians in advance. The Iranians were running around freaked out because Syria was supposed to have the newest most advanced air defense system. It was so easily shut down that the Mullahs were afraid they would be attacked next. Funny thing that Putin showed up in Tehran probably to give the Iranians their check back for their A.D.S. Du Ya think?
