They love to mock it, misspell it, and use it as some sort of debate-ending trump card.

I thought this line of attack had played out. But nutroots-panderer and Johnny-come-lately Keith Olbermann, parroting Media Matters, has picked up the meme.
He can barely contain his glee at referring to me as “Michelle MaglaGONG Malkin.” That is his answer to my column arguing that Hillary ought to pay closer attention to limited English-proficient donors in Chinatown forking out big bucks on dishwashers’ salaries.

She was born to Filipino parents in Philadelphia and what has evidently eluded her all these years is that she has been violently and viciously supporting a party which not only endorses ethnic profiling of people were born to Filipino parents in Philadelphia or Manila or Mars, but she has been supporting a party which includes most of the idiots in this country who would judge her entirely and exclusively on her appearance–Republicans–who would happily lump her in with the people in Chinatown, Flushing, the Bronx, and Brooklyn whom she has just so hatefully, moronically, ethnically slandered.

Olbermann’s been reprimanded by the ADL for his Nazi remarks, he’s compared Fox News to the Klan, he’s made “chicken and waffles” cracks about black athletes, and his staff once confused Opio Sokoni with Malik Shabazz when he was commenting on your segments with them. And I’m not even getting into all the anti-woman stuff for which he’s famous. This mispronunciation is part of a pattern. And since your maiden name is spelled correctly at Wikipedia and at NNDB, there’s really no excuse for getting it wrong. Maybe he mispronounced it on purpose.

Michelle Malkin deals with facts to back up her opinion. Olbermann counters with insults, character assassination and attacks since liberals don’t bother with facts. Who should people listen to?

Making fun of others’ names as a “debate” tactic might’ve been seen as clever in kindergarten, elementary or junior high school, but most people figure out at some point during the maturation process that in the adult world you’ve got to do better than that.
It’s like the episode of “Star Trek – The Next Generation” in which Data builds himself a daughter for an episode. After her first day of school, she asks Data why the other children found her so funny; Data’s reply was, “The other children were not laughing with you. Olbermann is a hack. He’s no better than some of the same people he criticizes over at Fixed Noise. Fox devotes plenty of his programming to criticizing NBC. NBC spends plenty of their programming slamming the people on Fox. This isn’t news. It’s a combination of a pissing match, and “mine is bigger than yours” This isn’t news, it’s pro wrestling.

In order to save our dear bloggers’ eyes, I’ll comment on your important point by referring you to my post on today’s George Soros thread that I wrote earlier today.
Olbermann should have stuck to sports. At least there, everyone knew he was an egotistical (fill-in-the-blank) and accepted it. He knows sports. Politics — not by a long-shot.
I would pit any of my 13 children above the age of 7 against him in politics, and he would probably run home, crying and sucking his thumb.
As for people of Philippine descent, I happen to be very fond of them. They are hard-working, family-oriented, and very nice people.

This sort of projections by the left happens whenever they accuse conservatives as being “racist,” “sexist,” “greedy,” “facist,” and “hateful.” It is they who remind everyone what someone’s race is, and that minorities cannot live without leftist socialists. It is they who say that they want to dictate their governmental and societal degradation upon us, when their entire agenda is to take our freedoms and liberties so that they can assume lorded power over us.
Of course Herr Keith von Olbermann believes that he will be part of this elitist power-structure, who will be empowered to propagate the statist gospel to the enslaved congragation, so actually he DOES understand what he’s doing.
