LOL. I’ve always believed liberals were whiny little snots. Here’s proof.
.
I hear Bush is making another hurricane, right now as I type this. I think he’s a wizzard or something.
For somebody so dumb (liberlas take not mine) he sure can manage to do a lot.
Holy Carp! These people are walking around boxes of Fruit Loops.
Anybody that lets politics get in the way of romance is a fool.
80% of Jewish women are bleeding heart Trotskeyites. So what? If they can shut up long enough to (redacted, lusty sentiments) then so can I.
Girl: “Eric, is that your Ronald Reagan calendar on the floor?”
Boy: “Sweetie, it’s 4:30am, I have to be at work in 2 hours.”
Girl: “But I was once President of College Democrats.”
Boy: “You know, 3 hours ago, when we were both flushed…I honestly did not care who you voted for.”
I am far from perfect, but I sleep well at night knowing I am not held hostage by ideological bigotry or other poisons that destroy human souls.
Conservative and happy…not a bad combo.

Wow. And some of them are registered to vote.
Speaking of BDS:
Bush is insane and must be committed.
haha, it’s almost like they believe these people have this control over their lives. These people have lost it.
I have to agree with one of the comments in Daily Kos. Bush isn’t a very good president. He misrepresents himself as a Conservative and gives us Conservatives and especially Conservative Republicans a bad name. Bush has courted the Looney Left Leaning Liberals in the Senate (ahem, Kennedy) too many times and it has hurt our cause.

I thought I had only boldfaced a phrase. I must have accidentally left it on. Apologies.
My comment was:
Cry me a river, build a bridge and GET OVER IT.
It’s not Bush’s fault your marriage failed.
But it might be Bill Clintons.
Since I was 12 I’ve always hated work. When I came back from the ME 2 years ago my investments allowed me to lounge workless for 20 years, but I’ll statistically die 3 years before the money is gone!
What a waste…damn that Bush…
I’m sure the people ya’ll call BDS’s appreciate the free advertising.
It’s gonna be cute to see what’s out there, and what’s said if Hillary wins.
I don’t know if _DS has been trademarked, but I do believe that some football fans and journalists have Ohio State Derangement Syndrome. $$$$Chaching.
I lived through Carter, I lved through Clinton. Short of Mao or Stalin et. al., I will live with whoever is president.
I feel for these nuts who are so needy. Life goes on. Not much the President does will affect my personal life.
It’s hilarious reading the thread at the Kos hate site.
All of the perennial self-confessed losers are crying about how Bush-Hitler completely destroyed their personal lives, lol!
They are, of course, all children mentally: totally unable to take any personal responsibility.
Check that - I know quite a few children (chronological) who are very responsible and don’t have big problems in admiiting when they’ve made mistakes in their young lives. So the more correct appellation for the Kos kids would be “spoiled, whiny mental children”.
You just know they would all be whining losers no matter who was/is in office.
Funny reading - thanks for the link & the laffs!
Yea but none of those presidents had the chance to surrender us to Islam. Hilary will be the second with that chance and maybe the first to partake of it. God help us.
‘Tis all too much a pity party, but does show an institutionalized “victim” mentality.
But, hey, wait a minute: if Hillary wins and I’m too nervous to eat, and lose “30ish” pounds, well now….
I have been waiting for the right time to say this…
“Kos” in Farsi (Persian speak, like from Iran) is the term used for female genitalia… with all due respect to our most gracious hostess, the Kos people are a bunch.
Have at them.
If Mrs. Bill Clinton wins, conservatives will act the same way as when Mr. Bill Clinton won: disappointed and defiant, but not deranged. Bush/Rove/Republican/Fox News/Malkin/[insert provocation here] Derangement Syndrome is a condition that afflicts almost exclusively the far left.
I guess “deranged” is in the eye of the beholder. I don’t remember any Bush1DS either, maybe others do, it’s just a silly term.
Times have changed. We shall see… if Hillary wins. I’ve already heard conservative bloggers proudly describing how they removed Hillary assassination remarks from their sites. We shall see..if she wins.
Can I blame Carter for my cancer because he was president at the time.
Oh, yes, now I feel better.
It continues to amaze that liberals say they want a more collective society but use individualism to spread this nonsense. If you want us to gather as a collective or “global” society than stop blaming ONE person for all your problems. It’s counterproductive.
At a party with some old retarded, err retired, Hippies one went on a rant on Global Warming.
I asked her if the recent cold 12 months were a caused by GW (woops…or maybe not). She said yes. So I asked her how to set the oven to make ice cubes.
Absolutely NO sense of humor…
#24
Maybe she thought you meant George W., not Global Warming, which makes total sense.
Dispite your food reference (AJ, what are you at, 155… in the last WEEK!) I am 100% agreement.
If only I could use this as a reason to go on disability (yeah, theres an idea, Bush Derangement Disability) and live off the tax payers…and collect SCHIP, and Social Security, etc…I’d be living better then I am now….sarc/off.
Give me a flippin’ break. Bunch of Sheeple!
And thank goodness for that, sir.
It’s gonna be cute to see what’s out there, and what’s said if Hillary wins.
I’m sure we will see some outragous behavior and comments. However, I doubt that people that blame hurricanes or personal weight gain will be welcome by the Republicans like these nuts are by the Dems.
Absolutely fascinating, ain’t it?
I got it ALL topped!
The wind blew through my garage today as I was going out to talk to some folks about joining up with the Texas Vets For Freedom and, the wind caught a lamp shade that was on my work bench, and blew it across the garage.
It scared the damn cat that was under my truck. It came flying out, ran into my legs and bit me.
I over-reacted and tried to kick the damn cat and missed, striking the trailer hitch and skinned about 3 inches of skin off my left shin.
]If it wasn’t for GWB, I wouldn’t have been in Recruiter Mode for Vets For Freedom and wouldn’t have been in the garage at that time.
Damn Bush!
ROFLMAO!!
Strangely appropriate…..
One commenter at Kos had a great bit of snarky fun with “The Miserables”:
“I had a really bad fight with my girlfriend about letting the towels sit in the washer overnight instead of putting them in the dryer right away.
Then in the morning, I had to apologize for acting so stupidly because, as we all know, the towels smelled weird because of George W. Bush.
Until he leaves office, my towels are just gonna stink!
Impeach Bush! Save my towels”
Heh. Gotta love it.
These people scare the hell out of me. One is totally insane and apparently armed and all are unsable with anger and violrnce issues. To have this run your life in such a way is nothing more than proof of a desperate need for serious mental help. The violence and hatred they hold towards their own family members and fruends is nothing short of serious personality disorders. It is no wonder they are all so depressed. If all you did all day was sit around, reading lies, depressing and angry people’s writing and avoid any social interactions in a normal way, rhis is how you end up.
To blame someone you have never met or who has anything yo do with you or has sny interactions with you at all for your miserable, failure for a life is beyond sick. Their marriages were not ruinrf by Bush,. They were ruined by these violent, disturbed, angry, hatefilled people not getting the help they so obviously and desperately need, and by their spouses not wanting to put up with or be surrounded by it anymore.
Just who will they blame in 08 when they relize Bush didn’t disband the Senate, take an apprentice and form thr New Galactic Empire like they had prophesized?
Many, especially on the left, seem to think that we live under a 1 person government; sortof a democratic dictatorship. I don’t blame them for not knowing the Constitution and separation of powers. That was dropped in school, for classes on how we’re all going to die from global warming. If anyone needs to be blamed, it is Congress. It has become a useless body of people who sit around and squabble, pruning themselves in front of cameras. Regardless of what a President wants, without Congress, nothing gets done. Blaming 1 man, is easier than blaming over 500. In reality, it really boils down to running your own life and accepting responsibility; something many people refuse to do, these days. It’s easier to blame others for their own follies.
Really? Over here in the UK, Bush is frequently portrayed as a 21st century Hitler.
Doesn’t surprise me, pgtips. By the way, I had the opportunity to live in England for 3 years…Westgate, County Kent. You can’t get steak and kidney pie around here..or freshly roasted chestnuts.
What a loon!!!!!
Those comments were so darn funny, I’m sitting here at work just laughing my a** off at my desk! I think I’m getting weird looks from my co-workers though…wait it’s all Bush’s fault!
Oh, my goodness, I just realized how LUCKY I am that Bush didn’t ruin my marriage. I mean, my husband and I went to Iraq for our honeymoon, and I couldn’t even go into his room to watch a movie with him, let alone get a little action, and WOW, if it wasn’t for that damn Booooosh, we wouldn’t have even been there in the first place! To echo englishqueen, cry me a bloody river. I’ve said it before, and it bears repeating. It’s all about personal responsibility.
Wonder what the Kos Kids are going to do in ‘09 when they can’t blame all their troubles on President Bush?
I didn’t win the Lottery last week and it is all President Bush’s fault.
“Bush ruined my marriage” - typical liberal response. Never take responsibility for your own situation. Of course it’s somebody else’s fault. Everything that happens is somebody else’s fault (unless of course, it turns out well and then I can take credit for it)
Did it ever occur to these people that maybe their own actions cheapened marriage?
Sorry - guess I answered my own question.
BDS is a manifestation of displacement and denial, a lot of people simply can’t cope with the knowledge that there are Islamic terrorists who want to kill them, so they deny the threat exists and displace the anxiety on to Bush. There is also the hostility anyone in denial has for those who challenge the denial, which also accounts for the hostility towards Sen. Joe Lieberman.
Consider Dr. Sanity’s description of denial’s negative consequences:
Is this not exactly what we are seeing happen to many on the Left?
That guy who smashed up his book shelf, and “…has callouses on my knuckles..” or something like that…
Difficult to imagine how neurotic these people are, or how badly they feel. But easier to understand (and be very wary of) how close to the edge they are. Recent example — the bloody hands that swooped in on Secretary Rice.
Michelle can probably rattle off dozens more examples, instantly.
Of course they do. It’s part and parcel to the entitlement ideology that forms such a core part of the Democratic platform these days. If you believe individuals in the government have control over your life, you can easily take the next step, and decide that they should be providing you things in compensation. . .health care, education assistance, blah blah blah.
I used to work next door to a small grocery store, where I would wander a couple of times a day to get a snack. The owner was the epitome of Democrat support. I loved to comment on trivial things, like the weather, then tie them into politics. Example, “Sure has been raining a lot lately…never rained like that when the Republicans were in the White House.” We had a lot of fun with that gag, and I never saw the man treat anyone any differently regardless of political party.
More evidence that liberalism is a mental illness.
I’m gonna go out on a limb and say these unhinged wack jobs were stuck in bad relationships waaaaaaaaay before GW got elected. Nice way to project blame, Kossacks.
When I first stumbled upon the Daily Kos. I thought it was a humor site on the order of the onion. I had no idea that people actually believe and act this way. Once I learned that the people, in fact, are real. I went from laughing at the content to laughing that the people who write the content.
Followed the links to the Kos commenters. One uses the name Boadacia,I wonder if that person knows anything about the person whose named he/she is using. The last one (meldoc?)rants about Bush causing his/her mental illness, that apparently existed before he ever heard of George Bush.Typical liberal thinking–look for someone to blame for the problem, instead of looking for a solution to the problem. They really are crazy.Waaaay cool,we got the preview box back- thank you.
Let’s see, since GW took office, my husband and I have bought our first home, bought a second car, I’ve given birth to two lovely children, and I guess I can “blame” GW for some of that. He also gave us a few hundred extra dollars in tax breaks for our lovely children, which we do appreciate. Once we took that extra money and bought a new stove/oven because ours was failing. So yes, I blame my ability to bake perfect muffins and not burn every pan on GWB!
Do they not take responsibility for anything in there lives?
(Although it would be convenient to blame my golf game on someone - yeah that’s right, it’s Bush’s fault!)
Buck I said:
Fair point. In hindsight, I must confess to having a touch of CDS back in the early days of Slick Willie. Fortunately we had Rush back in the day whose mantra was: My success is not dependent on who is President. That plus the conservative belief in personal responsibility will temper any manifestation of C2DS should Mizz Rodham get in (not to say there won’t be any, but it will be far less than the BDS you see nowadays).
Besides, why blame the President when actually everything can be blamed on Global Warming.
