after looking at the picture of waterboarding it doesn’t look like torture to me, cause i distinctly remember getting that feeling while swimming in our pool a few times as a child from my older brother.
also, that was a big mistake giving people a visual. it doesn’t have the ‘look’ of torture. and, once again they have to hire an actor to experience it for the crowd. giving people a visual means those of the people with a fair amount of reasoning can decide for themselves.
so if pinkos give us an example of ‘torture’ doesn’t that mean that it really isn’t that bad or why proivde a ‘live’example. surely, the act itself if truly horrific should not have been committed? I MEAN IT IS TORTURE…. right? what were they thinking? it is wrong for our soldiers or cia to do waterboarding cause it is torture. and to prove it we are going to waterboard this actor!! where is the logic or reason it that? oh.. right.. were talking about code pinko’s and the libs..

What is that lunatic (in the second video) talking about? It’s forced drowning? Has anyone, of the 3 who were waterboarded, drowned? Then he says something about if you do this to get answers, then you deserve nothing less than you get (paraphrasing, because I’m not going to go back and listen to that numbskull again, it was painful the first time). So, we deserve the answers we get, if we use this technique? Thanks, because it sounds like the information that came from KSM saved lives.

Done by professionals water boarding is not torture, its very effective in disorienting without permanent harm and without drugs.
The guy acting as a victim of torture wasn’t in too much trouble, he had no problem being very vocal throughout the entire act.

Was that really waterboarding? I mean, yes, I assume professionals do it quite a bit more effectively…but that didn’t look all that horrible to me. It looked kind of silly actually, especially the guy with his fake crying. Not something you’d want to have done just because it’s no fun having water up your nose…but torture?

I’ve never before seen them in action[too busy raising my kids and all], but my first thought was these people are 60’s throwbacks,they are trying to re-live those heady days of college,woodstock, vietnam, et al. The procedure is bogus. There is an object under the towel deflecting the water. Shaped like a 2×4 and when the jug comes in contact with it the water flow stops. After the procedure is over the shape is maintained when the towel is placed on the ground.
